Good location, well-maintained territory, lots of greenery. Everything is well thought out.
Starting from the gate, where a very kind guard greets us and puts us on a car that takes us to the sanatorium's doors. It is very pleasant!!! The receptionist quickly arranged for us, thanks to her for that! The staff is wonderful, all the nurses are very friendly, they know their job.

We stopped by on Saturday for 8 days. The staff is relaxed and does not work very quickly. The suite is terrible. There is mold on the side of the shower tray. There is no sink in the shower, it is only in the toilet, but there is no shelf or mirror. The furniture is tired. Of the suites, only the size of the room and the balcony. When we entered the room, there was a strong smell. The girl who checked us in said that they were being treated with bleach when the guests checked out. But after half a day, the smell of apple was replaced by the smell of a drug like corvalol. There are very few outlets.
The outdoor pool is not working. And this is at +30 in the afternoon. They said they would open in 5 days. The food was hearty and simple, but on the second day after breakfast my head and stomach ached. Because of this, I did not go to the procedure. It is not yet known what will happen next.
On Monday, we will resolve the issue of early termination of treatment and refund of money for the remaining days.

The contingent is mostly grandparents. The suite is disgusting. There is a persistent smell of medicines in the room. There was a smell of bleach when we checked in. Bathroom with mold. There is a small sink only in the toilet. If you decide, choose a junior suite. It is small, but with modern renovation. And it's better to have odd numbers, so as not to face the highway.
At the reception, we did not respond in every possible way to the request to change the room.
I didn't like the reception's attitude at all. They didn't tell me anything, they didn't explain it. We checked with the staff.
The food is a canteen. Edible, but no more.
The procedures are not organized. Live queue. And you sit for an hour in each office.
The price is average, but it doesn't match.
We paid for 8 days. But we will move out, because we don't want to waste our nerves on such a service. The money was returned.
One of the advantages is a beautiful green area. There is a cinema where films are played in Russian in the evening.

It is a very interesting place for both recreation and rehabilitation. Speleotherapy, balneology, physiological procedures. The doctors and medical staff are adequate. The food is good, based on the healing method. The entertainment program is good. The place itself is located in the foothills of the Chatkal range. Very good mineral water!

We arrived on 04/07/25, ten days. We took a luxury room. And that's where it started. They put it in some kind of two-room shed. The sink is loose, the carpet is threadbare, the beds are dilapidated, the shower curtain, the pressure is weak, the TV worked for one day. We were shocked by this. Nadr had to be resettled. Okay, we can survive that. The main disadvantage is the lack of Wi-Fi, which works only in the lobby of the sanatorium. There are no sockets near the sofas, it is impossible to work with the laptop. We didn't buy a paid SIM card, we hoped that there would be Wi-Fi here. As it is, the sanatorium is good: the territory is large, everything is green, a super gym, a swimming pool, a summer garden. The staff is helpful, the forge is diverse, delicious. Another disadvantage: there is a highway nearby, the noise from passing cars, however, once you go deeper into the territory of the sanatorium, you can no longer hear it. I was vacationing there for the first time this year. Very friendly staff, the director is an excellent leader and a man, well done, the chefs cook so well, a very wide variety of menus, all the staff is very good... Hakim of Bustanlyk district gave me a ticket, as a help, there was a ticket for me. I went to the director of the Chatkal sanatorium and explained the situation and he allowed me to relax with the child! He was also given a bed, food and everything he needed for free... I am very grateful to the Hakim of Bustanlyk district, the director of the Chatkal sanatorium and all the staff!

The territory of the sanatorium is green, there are two swimming pools (a small indoor and a larger outdoor). The food is adequate and varied. The staff of the canteen deserves special thanks for the friendly attitude and quality of service. General procedures: darsonval, lymphatic drainage, 10-minute massage, circular shower, mineral baths and hydro massage. Amateur singers come and arrange concerts in the evening. There is table tennis and billiards, although it is stuffy to play. The furniture is in the rooms of the Soviet period, but there is air conditioning. The check-in was overshadowed by the fact that our room was occupied and we were admitted to the sanatorium a day later. The territory is being landscaped, I hope that in the near future everything will be five plus.

You stand at the reception desk for 2 hours. After that, it turns out that the amount you paid is incorrect, and you will be given a different number. Despite the fact that you have discussed everything in advance and paid the deposit.
The sanatorium smells of mold and dust. Everything is clean, the nurses are great, BUT everything is so old.
The plumbing is all rotten, the baseboards are broken. 4-bed suite with old carpets, hard mattresses, appliances and dishes from the USSR. That's what awaits you for 2.000.000. The source is so fucked up. It's covered in green mold. Vacationers wash their feet there and blow their noses. There is no procedure. You need to wait for each one for 1.5-2 hours. Everything is not organized. The entertainment here is exclusively a disco and little-known artists from 19:00 to 22:00
Nothing is thought out for children, except for the playground on the territory. Bicycles are available (for a fee)
In the summer pool, as well as in the closed one, there are men's watches and women's watches. A child of 8 years old must swim without parents.(by the way, when my grandmother was drowning, I saved her) the lifeguard was at lunch.
The water is hot, the lights are turned off for an unknown time. They smoke right in the rooms and in the toilet, everything goes to your room by gas. Decide for yourself. The food is well organized, delicious closer to the diet. The food is delicious and fresh all over. The playground is good outside. And the outdoor pool is clean and tidy, there are 3 slides.

My favorite childhood sanatorium. The staff is always friendly. There are many different treatments, massages, mineral baths, contrast baths, sauna. Indoor and outdoor pools. A small zoo. The sanatorium is being monitored. They are repaired and refreshed on time. I've been there 10 times in my whole life. I have never regretted it. There is a billiard room and table tennis. As well as playgrounds for mini football and basketball. Nearby is the Chirchik river.

Chatkal is a sanatorium that should always be viewed through the prism of price / quality. July 2022 the standard for two comes out at 730 thousand soums, that is, about 75 dollars / day for two. The price includes 4 meals a day, treatment and swimming pools.
Advertisements about wi-fi, a super fitness center, modern rooms should be passed through your ears. This is a Soviet sanatorium, not shabby, there is a conder in the rooms. We brought everything with us from an electric kettle and a hair dryer to slippers. And everything came in handy. We forgot the mugs - we had to buy them.
The main problem is that the process is not organized from the very beginning. You need to find out literally everything on your own: what time is the check-in, that a PCR test is needed and it costs 30 thousand, where is the cash register, where is the medical building, where is the canteen, where is the therapist, that she needs to take directions. Some offices here, others here, swimming pools with a floating schedule. There is no discipline in the indoor pool, neither in time nor in clothes, everyone swims in whatever they want. The outdoor pool is nice and the girl there is friendly and strict.
The procedures are chaotic, there is no such thing as a clear appointment in time, there are live queues everywhere. Over time, you spit on everything and go only to the outdoor pool. Only pensioners have the strength to sit in queues all day long.
The canteen is the most disciplined unit (unlike the guards who stupidly stand at the entrance, they do not walk around the territory, they are dressed like hell). The food is delivered clearly, there are many dishes, and you can eat something of your choice. Porridge for breakfast is excellent, there is always kefir, compote, salad. Lunches and dinners are sometimes successful, sometimes not.
The territory is well landscaped, there are many trees. I did not like that all dogs and cats are not well-groomed, skinny, and this is at the sanatorium. In the living corner, the peacock is also unhappy, it is not allowed to free range.
