The area is green and pleasant for walking. We will be happy to come again. But the fly in the ointment for the hotel's karma is the photo shoot services on site. The service is provided by photographer Rico. We ordered from them, as a result, the representative did not come to the scheduled meeting to view the retouched photos and coordinate them, and we were already on our way, we had to look for their phone, eventually we got through, they dropped us a link on the Internet to the photos we had previously selected. They confronted me with the fact. Then it turns out that the photos are not the best way to print on a large format. Compressed. When asked to provide the source code of the photo in a non-compressed form, Rico, the host photographer, starched our ears remotely with promises for a month and a half, but he never fulfilled them because in the end it turned out that they had already been lost. And also, accordingly, it was not possible to do the promised retouching based on our comments. In short, nerves, unfulfilled hopes, and manual control from the other hemisphere) As always, when you give money, you become uninterested, but when it happens in such a decent hotel, the hotel management probably needs to pay attention to it, otherwise reputational risks will be realized in the future, with such an approach to guests.

The hotel consists of three hotels:Aquapark, Sea Life, club. The first Aquapark was built, the territory is small but cozy, the water park on the territory is paid, interesting slides. We were vacationing at Sea Life, the territory is really large, beautiful and very well maintained and connected to the territory of the Club. The coastline is long and varied. There is a bridge from which people dive in masks and admire the reef and fish. Beach towels are provided by the pool, it is clear who is from which hotel. The sun beds are soft and there are a lot of them everywhere, you definitely do not need to occupy them in advance. There is WIFI Internet even at sea. Of course, it catches in different ways at different times of the day, but it is there. The rooms are large and comfortable, but I did not like the towels are very old, the water pressure is weak and the water is barely warm. There are mosquitoes in the room, take a fumigator. The rooms are poorly cleaned. The food is quite decent
Meat and vegetables are commendable. Seafood was not given for a week. Fish was given every day. There is no ice cream, only for money. The local wine is a nightmare, the beer is also a three. It turns out that you can only drink normal drinks for money. The sweets are very tasty. We had a late check-out, it costs $45 to get in. The waiters, receptionists and staff are very courteous. In December, the sea is unstable, in the morning it's like a red flag and everyone swims on the shore, the wind and the short day. At 16.00 it is already cold at sea and everything is closed.

We had a rest in the middle of December.Large, well-maintained territory for 3 hotels, gorgeous flora, well-done landscaping! Sun loungers with sun protection, ashtrays and wind protection along the coast.The wind blows constantly with varying strength. The beach is sandy, but there are rocks-it's better to go in shoes, there are a lot of fish, most of them swim in masks, you can swim from the pantheon, but it's deep there, and there are a lot of fish, there are no sea urchins in the coastal part. The air temperature is 25-27, the water temperature is up to 24.The beach is well maintained. The food is excellent, a wide range of hot dishes, vegetables, salads, fruits, porridge for breakfast, first for lunch, dessert at the premium restaurant level, the chefs prepare scrambled eggs or omelets, pizza, tortillas. The restaurant has a children's corner with a TV. There are children's and adult animations. The staff is polite, they greet and greet you at the entrance to the restaurant. You can choose between 2 dinners in an Italian, French, Lebanese, Japanese or seafood restaurant. Any issues are resolved quickly. There are water bottles in the bar, which are located on the territory near the restaurant and pool and along the coast. There are pools, beach towels are provided. The room is spacious, with a large bathroom combined with a toilet, a shower, a bidet, a table with a mirror, and a hairdryer. 80% are Russians and Italians.Luggage is carried and picked up at check-out. We definitely recommend this hotel! The Turks weren't even standing around!
