We stayed at the hotel for 12 days and those were great days! It's pretty new, not big, but everything is comfortably located. The pool is not deep, you can refresh yourself, but it is not suitable for swimming! But it was convenient for parents with children)) It didn't matter to us, because the sea is a 7-minute walk away. We got a room on the 2nd floor, clean, new, spacious bed, interesting shower, but not small. They cleaned it up every day and added free water/coffee/tea. One of the disadvantages: the door is intermediate between the rooms (apparently for families) and it is very thin, I had to ask the neighbors once not to yell so loudly on the phone:) The staff is polite, very nice guys! There was more than enough food for breakfast, I was surprised by the "not enough" reviews of fresh waffles, pancakes, omelets, porridge, sausages, any coffee, fruit! Everything is delicious! The general territory of the hotel was also monitored, and they also gave breakfast with them on early trips. We attended the Christmas celebration, it was made like a buffet and the hotel staff themselves danced in national costumes! It was very nice))) Everything took place on the roof, from where you could admire the fireworks! On the way to the beach there are 2 7/11 shops, a delicious shawarma and fruit stalls. We often went to the Kiri cafe (which is also relatively nearby). We are happy to return to this hotel, as it covers all the needs during our vacation in Thailand) We had lunch and dinner in other places)

A great hotel for a vacation on one of the best beaches in Phuket- Kapone. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. The entire infrastructure is nearby- shops, cafes, exchangers, pharmacies. The hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. Very friendly staff. There are two swimming pools on the first and 8th floors, with stunning views. The hotel is located on a quiet street where there is no heavy traffic. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax on Karina, consider it!!

I am visiting Phuket with my family for the fourth time, we stayed in different hotels and apartments in various places on the island. I will try to write a review based on the most objective criteria.
I must say right away who wants a hotel vacation - this is not about Thailand and not about this hotel. we had a car for the whole vacation, we only had breakfast and went to bed in the evening.
LOCATION
Nice, quiet location away from a busy highway, you can't hear the road at night. Also, the advantages of the location include the presence of a grocery store right in front of the hotel at prices about the same as in 7/11, a fruit store with excellent prices, and a decent cafe! It's a 7-10min walk to the sea, we went many times, it's not critical (I don't understand who puts this in the negative for the hotel)
pluses
+ excellent breakfasts for Thailand ("hello" to citizens from previous reviews who expect breakfast like in Turkey?) The coffee from the coffee machines is the best of all the places I've been to in Thailand. For breakfast, there is everything not to stay hungry and have a delicious meal - a bunch of types of cooking eggs, different rice, chicken/pork, rolls, bread, fresh vegetables, fruits, sausages, sandwiches, croissants, juices, cheese, fruit salad, three types of yoghurts, etc.
+ a gorgeous, huge bed. objectively, it is possible to comfortably accommodate three people. the mattress is comfortable, and there are two pillow options for everyone - soft and more dense
+ the room has a mini fridge with drinks for an additional fee (price x2 from the store)
+ cleaning, towel change every day
+ the air conditioner was working fine, turned off at night
+ staff attitude - they responded quickly to all my requests
minuses
- the biggest disadvantage is the connecting doors in almost all rooms, the neighbors' audibility is as if they are in your room, you can hear everything from the toilet drain to every word behind the wall - it was a nightmare for us
- strange implementation of the toilet / shower room - the sink is located immediately at the entrance, separate from the toilet and shower (see photo), large gaps between the walls and frosted glass doors to the toilet and shower
- another big disadvantage is the lack of shelves for clothes, there are several niches and small drawers, which is also a strange solution.
- there were no bedside tables
- external air conditioning unit ON the BALCONY, including the neighbors. when turned on, it creates noise
- there is no basic dryer for linen and towels, I had to dry everything on the backs of chairs and balcony railing.
- the furniture on the balcony is plastic like on the beach
in general, the hotel is not particularly cozy, I would never return there again, it does not match the price and photos in the pictures, the rating in Yandex is too high.

We were with my son from January 27 to February 11, 2025. We arrived only yesterday, we were very satisfied with the hotel, the price and quality are all the same, the breakfasts are very varied, the staff is friendly, the room is clean, the balcony went inside with a view of the pool on the 3rd floor, on the 8th floor there is a second pool, away from the noisy road, to the beach of Karon 7 minutes, we were very satisfied, the third time in Thailand and this hotel and Karon beach are very satisfied. It's a nice hotel, located in a quiet place, you can't hear the noise from the road. The balcony overlooks the mountains, so every morning and every evening we listened to the trills of wonderful birds 🥰
The room is huge and spacious. There is everything you need: shower items, cloths (both beach and bath towels and a bunch of others), tea, coffee, water, slippers and bathrobes. In general, everything is there))
Room cleaning every day. The breakfasts are great and satisfying.
There are 2 active pools on the territory: one on the lobby (large), the second on the roof (slightly smaller). Both basses are shallow, but quite spacious and clean.
If you are going to Tai, we highly recommend this hotel. We were satisfied.

A good hotel for your money. The staff, as in all tae, is polite and friendly. Cleaning every day, there is an inverted sign next to the front door, if you do not want to interfere or clean the room. We took a room on the ground floor, kingsize bed, comfortable, slept like babies), plasma 55' TV with the ability to connect via phone, Yotube, Internet, etc.
The bathroom is in good condition, a shower room with a window to the room, closed by a roller blind.
The breakfasts are a little modest, but everything is delicious and edible.
Karon Beach is a 10-minute leisurely walk away, along the way there are 7eleven and many restaurants.
There was a restaurant opposite the hotel where you could eat a crocodile once a week, live music in the evenings, Thai even sang in Russian!
We had a rest at the end of October 2024!

An average good hotel, for your money.
Tourists are mostly Slavs and Chinese.
Convenient quiet location - 7 minutes walk to the beach, close to shops, cafes, massage.
We checked in at exactly 14.00, upon check-in at the reception we were treated to ice cream and a welcome drink, and a small plate of seasonal fruits was brought to the room and an elephant was made out of towels on the bed.

Our room was on the 3rd floor, with a side view of the pool. A large room with two separate beds. The size of the bed pleased me, as it is clearly more than a half-bed. Our room had a door adjacent to the next room. There was no noise or disturbance. Good sound insulation. The ceiling air conditioner coped with its task perfectly. There is enough storage space, as well as a convenient, wide stand for a suitcase. The bathroom had a closet with hangers and a safe. Curtains perfectly protect from sunlight - they are dense. There are 2 plastic chairs and a table on the balcony. Separately, I would like to note the size of the TV! Modern Samsung plasma with the ability to watch videos from your phone and access the Internet - Yotube, etc.
There are also Russian channels in the broadcast network.
In the room, there was a small refrigerator with a mini bar. Free, daily replenished water 2 bottles of 0.5 liters + a kettle and a small tea set.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom is visually connected to the room by a panoramic window, if desired, you can close the roller blind.
There is a full bathroom, in the same area there is a sink, a mirror and a wall-mounted hair dryer, as well as a shower area, which is separated by a separate room, a toilet (toilet bowl) it is also located behind a separate door.
Bathroom filling - in the shower area there are wall-mounted gel and shampoo dispensers, in the sink area there is a small lump of soap, 4 cotton swabs, a shower cap, a sewing kit. Towels - for feet, 2 small, 2 medium, 2 large.

The hotel has 2 swimming pools - on the roof (8th floor) of one of the buildings is not large and there is a large pool in the reception area - there is a place to melt. The depth of both pools is 1.1 meters. In the morning, you can find shade on the large pool until 12.00, umbrellas create a late shade. There are a lot of sun beds, you can always find free ones (July). The sun beds themselves are wooden and outdated, as are the tables around them.
In the area of both pools there is a bar, showers and toilets.
On the ground floors of the hotel, the rooms have their own exits to the pool.
breakfast:
Breakfast is served in the restaurant by the large pool. In our opinion, it is very modest, but of course you can eat rice and eggs every day. We arrived at 9 a.m. and many dishes were already missing, the staff did not have time to replenish.
There are 3 coffee machines for sure, eggs are cooked according to your request in any form, Viennese waffles are also baked.
disadvantages:
A huge disadvantage of the place where breakfast takes place is a large number of flying flies, so it is better to sit closer to the pool and near the fan.
There are minor points that can be corrected and it will be fine. For the most part, the order and cleanliness in the restaurant, outdated sun beds and time-spoiled mattresses and umbrellas.

A wonderful hotel, we rested in it in November 2024. The rooms are large, with air conditioning. They cleaned every day. The staff is very polite and friendly, although they do not speak Russian (Google translator to help).
Breakfasts from 6.30 to 11.30 are good, there is always something to choose (given the available reviews, I don't know what else should be on breakfast so that it is not considered meager) eggs in any form, sausages, sausage, cheese, butter, sandwiches, buns, yogurt, fruits, fruit salads, cereals, waffles, dried fruits, porridge, jams, 2 or 3 Thai dishes. There are 2 swimming pools on the territory of the hotel: one on the 8th floor, the other on the ground floor (with Jacuzzi).

Also, a little to the left of the hotel there is a tent with fruits, which are also slightly cheaper than everywhere else (mango 35 baht / kg).

We are vacationing in February 2025, the hotel is good, hot water, air conditioning, a huge bed, cleaned every day. Fruits, bread of various varieties, whatever you want, I don't know who these breakfasts are scarce for, apparently people have eaten too much) The infrastructure is wonderful, everything is nearby... It's 7-10 minutes to the beach, past the supermarket, I don't know who needs to walk for a long time, you also need to walk, calmly and you're on the beach) 200 bt sun beds for two for the whole day. The food in the cafe is delicious, I advise you to visit different ones, the price tag is lower on the side of our hotel than in the center. The hotel is in a quieter location, there is less transport, it pleases.
Cons: as mentioned above, the adjacent door, neighbors with children can be heard loudly... Music from the street, too, but believe me, if you're on the beach, then you took a walk, and if you're also after the tour, then you'll be sleeping soundly, we're 50 and we slept like babies)

The hotel is good, the rooms are good too. Of course, it's a long way from the sea, you need to stomp about 800 meters around some kind of pond, but for me this is not a decisive factor, on the contrary, I like to stay away so that it's quieter and no one sneaks back and forth under the windows all day. The food is also good, the Buffet table, the number of approaches is unlimited) there are two pools, a long one at the bottom for those who like to swim, a small one on the roof for those who like to take pictures. They clean regularly, they constantly give some goodies from fruits, which is nice. No deposit is requested at this hotel. On the downside - there is no laundry, if you get dirty, you will have to wash it yourself, but these are the little things of life)

A normal hotel. Polite staff. The hotel is a 5-7-minute walk to Karon Beach. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, the balcony is large, you can smoke on it. Shower, toilet, sink, everything is in more or less good condition. The air conditioner is a little old, the system itself does not regulate the temperature well, you can freeze slightly if you do not work with the adjustment. Cleaning is optional, there is an inverted sign near the doors. The bed linen and towels seem to be clean, at least I didn't notice anything indecent. Downstairs there is a private kitchen and a restaurant. You can order from the room, the prices seem to be the same everywhere. We had breakfast included. For breakfast, Ala buffet. In principle, everything is fine, there is a variety and everything is edible. The audibility is decent between the rooms, but it's not critical for me, and it seems quiet at night, I didn't notice any parties, people rarely had fun in the evening. The pools are not deep and not very large. In general, I liked everything, and for the most part there is a place in Phuket where it is more interesting to spend time, and the hotel is just to take a break from the sun and, in principle, in my opinion, everything is fine with this hotel. For the price, it doesn't seem very expensive either. Remark, if you want a late check-out, it will cost about $ 70.

Fortunately, on the contrary, there is bike rental with adequate prices, + discount for long-term use. They ask for money or a passport as collateral, they ask for a license, but they still give it out in the absence. The party street is a 10-minute walk away.

Swimming pool:
There are 2 of them in the hotel. One on the roof is small. The second one is on the ground floor in the courtyard. Both pools are 120 cm, there are no deeper places in it. There is a rooftop pool with a pleasant view of the greenery and the sunset.

Great hotel!
I doubted for a long time whether to shoot a star for our adjacent room or not, as a result, the advantages of the hotel outweighed. We got an adjacent room, there is an interior door between two rooms, because of this, the audibility is sooo good, as if they were talking in your room, the neighbors changed 4 times, very noisy, at 23 o'clock everyone started calling via video link and talking sooo loudly.
The room has everything you need: a hairdryer, a safe, a refrigerator, a kettle and tea accessories, hangers, a TV and two channels in Russian, air conditioning.
Breakfasts for 200 baht per person, varied, did not bother. Eggs in different variations (omelet, Thai omelet, boiled egg, scramble, fried eggs), coffee machines, juices, rich broths, rice, noodles, gravy with sauce, toast and bread, buns, sausages and sausage ham is always the same type, porridge, waffles, pancakes, vegetables and fruits 2-3 types, There were butter, yoghurts, cheese and sandwiches in the refrigerators. You won't stay hungry.
Two pools, both 110 cm. There are bars and music at the pools. on the ground floor there is a Jacuzzi area, there is also a small children's pool. On the 8th floor there is a swimming pool with a beautiful view, we saw off the sunsets there several times.
Friendly staff, always greet, carry announcements about upcoming events at the hotel in advance.
On November 1, the hotel hosted Halloween, sun loungers were removed from the pool on the 1st floor and tables and buffet buffet were placed, there was live music, 599 baht per person.
Location 8-10 minutes to the sea. It was a plus for us, because on the way from the sea to the hotel there are many cafes, shops, exchangers, fruit stalls, taxi station, massage parlors.
Opposite the hotel there is an excellent Friendly restaurant, live music every day, fresh seafood (prices in the photo), which will be prepared as you order, a huge menu and large portions, I recommend you to visit. There is also a grocery store , a souvenir shop with good prices, bike rental, ticket sales, a fruit shop with a large selection, as well as at the beginning of the street there is a Frutta massage salon there is an excellent massage and service, after the massage you will be treated to hot tea and a plate of fruit (I attach a photo of the salon), in the evening after 7 it happens everything is busy, we signed up in advance for the time.
Taxis were ordered through the bolt or in drive apps. We rode on the beaches. We bought tour packages on the street, cheaper than from tour operators, with a Russian translator, everything was fine, no one stole us)))) We downloaded the maps map. me, it even works offline. We also bought a local tourist SIM card for 780 baht for 15 days, sold at 7/11 and a pharmacy.
We were on 24.10-05.11, the sea was raging, only by 3.11 it became calmer, I advise you to visit the calmer beaches of Nai harn and ya nui beach (here you can rent a kayak 100 baht per person for 1 hour and swim to the island to see the fish, go there in the morning, because by one o'clock the tide is already strong).

1. Audibility in the rooms - all rooms with adjacent cardboard doors, you can hear everything, sneezed, went to the shower, flushed the toilet, what they say they are watching. You can talk to your neighbors in whispers. And if the neighbors are also loud…
2. Generators and pumps from the pool can be heard at night. But it will seem like silence and happiness. I woke up at 6.30 as the staff with the generator was washing the paths outside (and this is not because sensitive hearing, the sound drowned out even our voices in the room). If you need silence or you like to sleep, then this will be hell.
3. Absolutely meager breakfasts (if you like eggs exclusively for breakfast)
4. Mattresses in the room. Instead of one bed, there are two mattresses pushed together with different heights, on one a cruel one, on the second just like a board. I asked for a mattress pad- it didn't get any softer.
5. There is not a single hook in the room, there is nowhere to dry towels or things.
6. Well, it's just dirty, the chairs on the balcony are just made of ingrained dirt
One of the advantages is that the room is large, but this does not save the situation.
The beach is 7-10 minutes away, in principle it is normal.
Upd. Chairs were replaced at the request, cleaning is carried out, bathrobes were not put in the room, I did not ask anymore. In general, the reception and cleaning respond to requests, the hotel is such a three-piece.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, cleaning every day. Excellent extended breakfasts. Friendly and courteous staff. The hotel is located at least 10 minutes from the sea. The beach is clean and not crowded. There are small cafes with excellent cuisine within walking distance. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one on the roof and the second in the courtyard. The rooms are clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool.

Initially, the windows overlooked the pool - all the noises penetrated through the windows and doors. Then they changed the room so that the windows faced the other side. It became quieter from the windows , but a lot of noise penetrated through the door - there were huge cracks along the edges of the door . The neighbors can be heard just as well . Therefore, if the noise is not annoying, then you can take the numbers.

We rested at the hotel in March 24, the hotel met and even exceeded expectations somewhere. The rooms are spacious with large balconies. Despite the 2nd floor and the fact that the windows overlooked the pool, the room was not noisy. There is a large swimming pool in the courtyard of the hotel, we often sat near it at night and even swam and no one made any comments. There is also a swimming pool and sun loungers on the roof, but it is better to be closer to sunset, otherwise you can burn out. The breakfasts were not bad, but also not very diverse, while no one left hungry. In general, a great hotel for your money. It cost us 45 rubles in 15 days, although it was booked 5 months before the holiday

Excellent hotel, good infrastructure, very polite staff. The rooms in the hotel are large and comfortable. The hotel is 300 m away. There are singing sands from Karon beach. I was completely satisfied with my stay at the hotel, although it is budget-friendly, but everything you need is in it (I did not choose the hotel in order to spend the whole vacation in it). The staff is very polite and friendly. Room cleaning every day: according to the time, the cleaning was either at 9 a.m. or at 6 p.m. (two bottles of clean water of 0.5 liters each are given every day). The breakfasts are monotonous with minimal differences, but everything is delicious, the choice is good (omelet / scrambled eggs, porridges, vegetables, fruits, pastries, cereals, etc.). The restaurant and bar at the hotel are normal, the menu is quite varied (a buffet dinner is periodically held, the price is 600 baht per person). The rooms are very spacious with balconies, air conditioning, hairdryer, kettle, minibar, telephone and TV on site (if the room is on the ground floor, then the balcony has access to the pool). The room has two sockets on one side of the bed, two sockets at the table with a mirror and two sockets at the sink (adapters for sockets are not needed). Wi-Fi is really very fast and at any time of the day, special thanks for that. The hotel has two swimming pools: the first in the center of the hotel on the ground floor (with a Jacuzzi section) and the second on the roof on the 8th floor. Location: it takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea, depending on the pace, it may seem far to some, but I think it's a great advantage that the hotel is located away from the main road along the beach (in the evening you will not be disturbed by the noise of the street and music from tuk–tuks). Opposite the hotel there is a shop and a cafe, to the main street with cafes, shops, massages, excursions, it takes 9-12 minutes depending on the pace. I stayed at the hotel from 02/12.24 to 02/24.24 and definitely recommend it.

If we consider the budget option, it will do. This one is not a four, maximum 3 stars.
Positive:
1) adequate staff
2) there is a swimming pool
3) good wi-fi
4) left the hotel, hooray!
Minuses:
1) audibility in the rooms. The walls are like cardboard. After flushing the toilet, went to the shower, lay down on the bed - you'll hear everything
2) breakfast is a complete mess. And it always is.
3) neighbors can be thumping and loud. But it's probably lucky for me.
4) go not so close to the main places of entertainment
5) the reviews of the hotel on the resources are greatly overstated.
I do not recommend this hotel

In general, the hotel is not bad, the breakfasts are normal, there is enough of everything, the staff is polite. But there are problems with the cleanliness of the territory and room cleaning. In two weeks, our bed linen was changed 1 time (on the 3rd day of arrival), in general, they cleaned poorly and sometimes only if you ask. Furniture in common areas (sun beds by the pool, etc.) is rotten or tired, dirty floors in the corridors, garbage is rarely taken out by elevators. Not even every day.
It didn't spoil our rest, but we won't be coming back.

We went from the airport first by a large bus, to Chalong, about an hour. There, the whole bus was seated in minivans and we got to the hotel in 20 minutes.
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Karon Beach, in the northernmost part of it, behind the pond.
To get to the beach, you need to cross a busy highway with right-hand traffic - this is the most difficult part of the way. There are no pedestrian crossings, and if there are, then the traffic rules do not work here. When crossing the highway, you need to look in all directions!
We arrived at the hotel at 11. We received a welcome dessert from the hotel, ice cream and some sweet water. But the check-in took place only by 14 o'clock. A plate of fruits was brought to the room - watermelon, papaya and pineapple.
All the staff speaks English. There were no Russian speakers.
The room is on the 5th floor, large, bright, overlooking the pool. The air conditioner cools well. There is a refrigerator, kettle, safe, TV, balcony. One of the disadvantages is the adjacent door to the next room. You can hear everything clearly through it.
The bed is very wide and comfortable. The cleaning is good.
In addition to the main pool, there is a rooftop pool. There are always free sun beds by the main pool. The pool is not deep 110cm. In the main pool, there is an area with a Jacuzzi.
The breakfasts are great! Omelette, scrambled eggs, baked potatoes sometimes, boiled rice, main courses with chicken, pancakes, sausages, cheese, ham, chickpeas, beans, sweet rolls, croissants, muesli sets, coffee from a coffee machine, tea bags, 3-4 types of vegetables, fruits - dragon fruit, watermelon, papaya, pineapple, juices and water, yoghurts.
You can also have dinner at the hotel for a fee.
At the pool bar from 14 to 16 o'clock, buying a cocktail, you get the second one for free.
The hotel does not have a territory where to walk. You go straight out into the street. Opposite the hotel there are retail outlets: groceries, clothes, handbags, massage parlor, Friendly cafe, tour agency.
The hotel is worth its stars.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time in February 2025. For the first time in 2019. Nice hotel. The rooms are spacious. Very good breakfasts (omelets, fried eggs, waffles, pancakes are made in your presence. The nipples are delicious, pastries, fruits, fruit salad, yoghurts. Lots of all kinds of national food. Coffee, tea, juices). In the evening, you can pay for a buffet dinner. It's diverse. But there are many cafes nearby and a little further away. It's a bit far to the beach. It takes about 10 minutes to walk. But it's not stressful in principle.

But this is a purely urban hotel, just a building without a soul, not a Thai format.
The pool is large, there are a lot of people. In general, this is probably an option for young people who carouse and hang out, but I love other hotel formats. There is breakfast and, in principle, you will not stay hungry, but it will not give you any pleasant surprises.

Lovely hotel, Clean, the rooms have everything you need, powerful air conditioning, daily cleaning, change of linen and towels.
The staff is polite, responsive and of course everyone is smiling!)
There is a large swimming pool in the courtyard of the hotel and another one on the roof!
Very diverse delicious breakfasts.
