We have been to the teahouse 2 times. One time around 11 p.m., the other in the afternoon. Both times, the service is disgusting, everyone walks around as if they don't even understand that they are waiters and work in an institution. There is no menu, they bring a tablet and stand over you and wait for you to choose.
