We first rented an apartment in this agency about 4 years ago and everything was gorgeous, the apartment was clean, cozy, everything was in its place.
We recently decided to rent an apartment again for a cozy time.. and we were not particularly pleased that we chose this agency. The worst thing for me is when there is an unpleasant smell from the refrigerator, which was actually in this apartment, it was just disgusting to open it. Next, it's basically a dead apartment, with a window sill propped up with a wooden stick. A broken, not very clean sofa, chairs and a table that were in different places. The photo of the apartment and the reality were completely different. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Champagne flutes in the amount of 1 piece... There were broken chairs in a pile on the balcony. A bed that creaks (the only thanks for the clean linens). The TV remote was not clear what, it was all dirty. There are no napkins, tea bags, sugar. Judging by experience, many agencies always have it in their apartments.
If it is impossible to maintain the basic cleanliness and condition of the apartment, then set the prices accordingly!
Perhaps we won't contact this agency anymore.
