I used the underground parking services in order to charge the electric car. At the entrance to the parking lot, it is indicated that when charging an electric car, parking is free for two hours, but at the exit from the parking lot, the barrier did not rise and parking demanded 12 rubles from me, I pressed the call button for the operator and when asked how to leave, he rudely replied that I should receive a QR code on my phone somehow how should I scan it and so on. I went to the People's Commissariat to sort it out, so I didn't understand anything and the parking attendant didn't answer all subsequent calls. There was no time to sort things out and walk around the offices because it was necessary to go urgently. Therefore, I do not recommend using this parking lot because of the negligence of the staff and I ask for their punishment, and if circumstances force me to go there again someday and the same situation occurs, I will not regret my time and will no longer contact the parking staff, but law enforcement officers.
The center is not fully operational yet. But there are interesting locations there. PLAY Center: children's quests, laser tag, cable car, slot machines, a game with 3D glasses, a place where you can sit quietly at a table. Recommend.
This is the Perekrestok store. Underground free Parking. Two elevators . It is always bright and clean. The assortment is rich. The prices are too high, and what did you want? The center of Minsk. I come by a couple of times a week, I feel comfortable. There is even a cooling machine for wine lovers... I am writing an addendum: parking has become paid, well, very expensive. The first hour is 7 o'clock. Therefore, the following ones are no longer of interest to me. I'm not stopping by!!! Hi!
Interesting modern interior design, good grocery department, the only thing is that not all retail locations are occupied yet. The staff is young and friendly. I recommend.
It's a terrible place and a spiteful approach to customers. It says that Parking is free, but in fact for the first hour 7p ! Seven rubles, Karl !!! It's just the fiercest game... In other centers, it's almost always free for the first couple of hours and then a decent 2p, but here they charge in full. The center itself is nothing, a half-empty, dreary place.
I won 't advise anyone , and I won 't set foot there anymore !!!
It's a great business center, but parking is a complete nuisance. In theory, with a small purchase at the supermarket, a barcode is given for free underground parking - only this code works every other time.
There are very narrow parking spaces in the underground parking lot, and you can't get out of a medium-sized SUV without hitting a neighboring car. But there are very spacious and half empty spaces for the administration, where parking is not allowed.
I was only at the Crossroads, a hypermarket on the ground floor. This store alone gives an idea of the scope and luxury of this building. The architects very successfully integrated it into the cramped space along Sverdlov Street, thus closing the architectural complex adjacent to the Dynamo stadium. The building has a very convenient approach, all the nuances of a barrier-free environment have been thought out, and even in winter it is quite comfortable here in the ice. There is a beautiful park nearby. There is a car and train station nearby. In general, it turns out to be a very good place to do business.
A shopping mall in which:
1. they cheat at the entrance, promising free underground parking for the first 2 hours, but in fact it costs 7BYN per hour! 2 euros per hour!
2. Nothing works except a couple of shops.
3. There is no one in touch who is responsible for the work of the center.
4. Where is the tired staff.
5. Where are the expensive prices.
Collectively, it is clear why there are no people here. With this attitude towards the client, my foot won't be there anymore. And I don't advise anyone.
It is not very full yet, but the prospects are good. There is a restaurant, a Crossroads store. But there is a Wine shop in the store. So that's where it's good! Everything is good there and the assortment (there is something to look at) and the space and the cool cavist. Otherwise, it is an ordinary store. There is an office of the Northern Coastline. An exchange office, a pet store, a coffee shop .
A big shed without any idea in the city center. But the only bright spot in this gray building is the Intersection. You can always find something at very nice prices, especially in the morning until the students ran in. I recommend paying attention to seafood beer and fruit.
There is a large prod here. The Crossroads store. It's nice to walk around large shopping areas, the assortment is normal, cooking with ready-made dishes, baking your own.
Lots of discounted products
It's hard to call it a shopping mall. A Crossroads store, a couple of cafes, a pet store, an exchanger. The toilets smell, although the building is new. Sad and empty

A good shopping center, few shops, but a lot of things are already starting to open, if you go to the perekrestok grocery store, you can get two free hours of parking in the receipt.
So far, only the 1st floor is inhabited by two thirds in this center: the supermarket Perekrestok, Dr. Vet, the 21st century pick-up point, a candy store, a point for refueling something smoking and a point for selling toilet water, it seems. Clean and tidy, there are free toilets for visitors. The other floors are empty.
In the first year of BSTU, it was an inconspicuous building, and closer to 4, they themselves did not notice how they were chasing buns to the grocery store during the break)
