Excellent service and a wonderful experience! My experience of staying at the Central Baku Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. My room was on the 3rd floor with a balcony, and the view from it was just wonderful. The service was top notch. When I arrived at the reception, I was offered Lavazza Italian coffee, which was a very pleasant gesture. They also did not charge an additional fee for early check-in, which also left a positive impression. When I arrived at the hotel, a young man with an innocent look and a smile carried my luggage directly to my room, and this also added positive emotions. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and conditions at the Central Baku Hotel, and if I visit Baku again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Nice hotel in a good location. Fountain Square is just 5 minutes away. The hotel is currently under reconstruction, and they promised to do everything in April. The room is large, clean, and has a balcony. There is no air conditioning or refrigerator yet. I liked the girl Aina at the reception, she is always ready to help, solved any questions.
