It's not a restaurant. But everything is delicious and pilaf (several types) and shish kebab and shurpa. I tried everything more than once, the price tag is more than adequate for such yummy food, you can eat there, you can take it with you, the staff is polite. There are a lot of tables. I recommend you to visit.

A good non-alcoholic cafe. It's crowded at lunch. Affordable prices, delicious kebabs, hoshans, manti, lagman and pilaf. They open early in the morning, at 8:00, if not earlier, they work until 23-24:00. Gentlemen, policemen, sometimes they have breakfast early in the morning :-)

They praised a lot that they cook delicious food there..I ordered a pot of Tashkent tea for lunch, salad and a cauldron kebab with rice.The tea is simply black with lemon and mint, the cauldron kebab is over-salted, there is a lot of seasoning.The expectation of praise was better than the actual impression.
