Jaloliddin Manguberdi (Turkmen: Jelaleddin Meňburny, Arabic: جلال الدين منكبرتي — Jalāl al-Dīn Mengburnī, full name – Jelaleddin Abulmuzaffar Mangburni ibn Muhammad) (1198-1231) was the last ruler of the Khwarazmshah State (from 1220), the first – born son of Muhammad Khwarazmshah, whose origins go back to the Begdili clan of the Turkmen[1][2]. Jalaliddin had a life expectancy of 33 years, of which 11 years were spent in various battles. His full name is Jalaliddin ibn Alovuddin Muhammad. His mother was a chamomile. Initially, she was not considered the main contender for the throne, as her mother Oychechak Aluddin was one of the concubines in the Khwarezmshah harem. The crown prince was Ghiyosiddin Pirshoh and his claim to the throne was supported by his mother Terken Khotun. However, before his father's death, Jaloliddin would be made Crown Prince, Jaloliddin being from the Anushteginid Turkmen Dynasty.
