The employees are completely unprofessional, not customer-oriented. We tried to send a parcel to the Russian Federation, in a standard branded box with the SDEC logo. The employee, after reviewing the cargo, weighing it in a box, named one shipping cost (~6000tg), and after packing, he announced another one, more than twice as expensive as the one he originally called (>13000tg)! How is this possible? They refused to send it, spent time and money on the way to the point, so the employee also asked him to pay the cost of packing the box by cash (for film and tape!) boxes that were refused to be sent because of his own fault! Wow! In the era of competition, this is how to conduct a network business…

Все, что я сейчас напишу никак иначе не называется, как отмывать деньги себе на лапу! Родители поехали отправлять посылку, одна смена сотрудников считает по одной цене, другая совершенно по другой, поясняя это тем, что считаю по новой системе 🤦♀️ чего? Какая новая система, если она у всех ЕДИНАЯ! Очень хочется, что руководство вплотную занялось своим «добросовестным» персоналом!

Я один раз получал здесь посылку. Обслужили быстро. Достаточно при себе иметь удостоверение личности. Посылка моя пришла целая и невредимая. Из Питера до Тараза дошла за 14 дней. В офисе у сдек есть весы можно сразу проверить вес посылки.
