The employee, after reviewing the cargo, weighing it in a box, named one shipping cost (~6000tg), and after packing, he announced another one, more than twice as expensive as the one he originally called (>13000tg)! How is this possible? They refused to send it, spent time and money on the way to the point, so the employee also asked him to pay the cost of packing the box by cash (for film and tape!) boxes that were refused to be sent because of his own fault!
