On December 20, 2024, the authorities sent the documents. - Almaty - Tashkent, upon receipt and payment, the deadline was 1 week. On December 25, when the parcel was called, it was still in Almaty, but the operator informed that it would be delivered by January 3, 2025.
Today, Tuesday, January 7, there is no parcel and I received a reply through the message that it will be sent after the weekend, or rather after January 12, 2025, taking into account transportation after January 20, 1 week turned into a month or more

Due to such delays, a business trip was disrupted at the beginning of the year. Yes, we understand CDEK is not the best company for this, but the deadlines and limits have been reported.
It's also somehow problematic to return the money - they don't give specific answers: at first they said that through an application and submission (I think it's not entirely profitable to fly from Tashkent to Almaty), now it turns out that it's somehow fast - but in fact there's nothing.

You will be waiting for your parcel from Moscow to Tashkent for more than 6 weeks, the company will say that all the delays are your fault, including lying directly that there were no approvals on your part. When you endlessly write to support (you cannot call), they will write to you "you ask the same questions, our dialogue has become cyclical" and unilaterally turn off the chat. And there's nothing you can do. At least that's my experience. I sent the package on October 24th, today is December 4th, and it is still in Russia. By the way, a parcel sent by another company on the same day along the same route arrived, for comparison, in a week. I have never had a worse experience with any company, any government agency, or anything at all, just complete darkness.

I wanted to send maltofer vitamin for the child, I was asked for a certificate, I gave them a certificate, they took it through partners since our city does not have a loan from SDEK. After 3 days, the SDEK supervisor calls me from Tashkent and asks how you will take it, we cannot send this product, I have been waiting for shocks for 2 weeks and tavar was not returned
