I ordered the removal of heavy cargo from the house. They promised that the courier would arrive the same day. No one came. Then they promised that they would come the next day, but no one came.… I contacted an employee of the delivery department, who took control of the task and promised that the cargo would definitely be picked up on the third day from the moment of registration. Of course, no one took anything away.… The PVZ has given 5 contact numbers to solve the problem - none of the numbers are responding. As a result, they gave another number on the 8-800 line - some kind of courier - like call him yourself and get him to get to you... Shock
