Every time I try to receive parcels by SDEC ID in this PVZ, its employees require documents.
So, today a male employee worked on shift, on July 17, and now he always requires a passport, despite the ID check. He did not explain why he needed the document, he mumbled something indistinct about "there is a piece and it is not visible." Which piece? Everything is visible, no documents are required in any other PVZ.
I think he stupidly does not know how to handle the program and does not meet his official duties. I demand to understand.
The most disgusting service I've ever encountered.After two days of waiting for the courier , I had to go on my own to the SDEK branch during working hours , where closed doors with information about the break were waiting . The operator's service has not solved or answered any of the questions raised . If you want to wait forever for the parcel to be sent , then welcome to this company .
