I had a rest in early November. The sea is warm, the sun is bright, the underwater world is amazing, the mango is magnificent! That's what it was worth coming for. The convenient location of the hotel on the main street and the beach is 2 minutes away! The staff is friendly. The cleaning was sufficient, the sand did not crunch underfoot, towels were changed daily. Water is provided to the room at the entrance, and then please go to the store (there is an affordable price in the fixed price list). The troika and Troika hotel. The room is without claims (after payment at the reception). But what is offered at the entrance is a tryndets with a shabby bathroom! They probably send everyone there to earn money. Documents and valuables can be deposited in a safe at the reception - this is more reliable than a safe in the room. The food will do. I liked pastries, citrus fruits, dates, salted cottage cheese, baked-stewed eggplant. Drinks without restrictions, beer is quite enough, the rest is so-so. For me, it's better to bring strong stuff with you. Coffee and tea are only in bags. Milk is often diluted. There is no coffee beans even in the paid bar. The pool bar did not work, there was only a prop made of bottles of famous brands. The beach is shallow, but there are a lot of fish, especially in the morning, when the sea is most transparent. It is necessary to go snorkeling 300-500 m to the beach of the Novotel, it seems, there is beauty. The hotel's beach is not to say that it is small, there are always free sun beds, but many are broken. There is no cleaning of the beach, only visibility, which is amazing compared to other hotels. In general, we bought up, took pictures of the sea beauties, did not bother with the shortcomings and were satisfied. Will I come here? Probably not, I would like something more comfortable. I was at Gafy a couple of years ago - it's better there, but I don't know how it is now. Good luck to everyone and do not regret anything!

We had a rest from March 22 to April 2, 2025. An excellent hotel for a relaxing stay without frills. The food is delicious, cooked at home, there is no seafood, there has always been chicken, beef, duck, turkey, fish every day several times, standard side dishes, lots of vegetables, buns, cakes, I would like more variety of fruits. The staff is polite, no one has ever extorted any money, they immediately gave me a nice room with a view of the pool. We cleaned every day. The sea is close, shallow, there is a pontoon, there were enough sun beds for everyone, they did not go to occupy at 6 in the morning. Slides were installed in the pool, but they were not functioning yet. We didn't go to the evening animation, the daytime was very monotonous, exercises, darts and bingo. There is a beach bar with drinks and snacks. The location of the hotel is excellent, on the very promenade, but it can be noisy from the sounds of discos, it didn't bother us. The hotel is mainly used by pensioners and families with children.

I stayed at this hotel from 04/14/2025 to 04/23/2025. A 3-star hotel. Food: no frills, but you definitely won't stay hungry. Chicken, beef, fish. Lots of pastries, pies, vegetables, yogurt, honey, jam, cereal, milk.Stewed vegetables, salads, etc. Drinks are served in plastic disposable cups, there are cups for hot drinks, but they quickly run out and you have to demand that they be brought. Rooms : the furniture was once good and expensive, but now it is shabby. The bed linen is snow-white, we changed it 2 times.There is no toilet brush in the bathroom, the door to the shower stall is not sealed from below, and puddles remain on the floor.The cleaning is average.There is no kettle in the rooms, water is provided once 1.5 liters on the day of arrival , we bought 10 pounds 1.5 liters in the Fixed price. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful, and trying to speak Russian.The beach is sandy, and the entrance to the sea is shallow, which is great for small children and people (like me) who can't swim.There is animation on the beach during the daytime: exercises, volleyball, there was a foam party.The animation in the evening on the territory of Layalina (the three by the sea, through which we go to the beach) is monotonous: fire show, belly dance, African dance, miss and Mr. hotel, but the animators try very hard.The location of the hotel is top-of-the-line, excellent: you leave the reception and immediately get to the main street, Naama Bay Promenade. I rate my vacation at 5, on a 5-point scale.I also want to write that there is a quiet update going on, while we were relaxing on the beach, we changed all the old sun beds.Since this is not my first time at this hotel, I am witnessing improvements and updates to the hotel, which leaves me hoping that the hotel will meet the stated 4 stars on my next visit.
