To be honest, it was terrible.I came here for the second time to treat heels.(yes, it happens too) For the first time, I was as pleased with the work as possible, it was done just perfectly.The top master was performing, which apparently ran away from this place.This time I chose the top master Elmira, because it was the only top master with free time.It's just a nightmare, not only is the work seemingly not done at all, but also some kind of eternally dissatisfied master, already oohed and aahed as demonstratively as possible.The heat was fierce, the pen fell out of the master's hands, it hurt.As soon as I said that the oven was starting for me, she rolled her eyes in displeasure and groaned irritably.Of the unpleasant moments, there is also a dusty armchair and it feels like their gloves are reusable…
But not without pleasant bonuses, while you are doing pedicure procedures in the deathly silence, all the gossip of the receptionist can be heard loudly and clearly just behind the wall 🙌🏻You will definitely hear something about your appearance or the appearance of other clients

IT'S TERRIBLE!!!!!! If it were possible to put - 5, I would put it. I have never seen such a "customer orientation" before. I signed up for a certain master, specially selected the time, adjusted the plans, and when I came, another master met me. When I asked why this master, if I signed up for another one, the administrator indifferently replied that we can change masters and not inform clients... I was just in shock!!! I decided to do my nails anyway, because I needed them urgently. The master herself is a nice girl, but she did a terrible manicure, it hurt, the cuticle was covered in blood, and the fingers were varnished. And another unpleasant detail - tea / coffee is not even offered, and when I asked for water, they took out tap water in a plastic cup, with an unpleasant taste and smell. I have been to different categories: from the master to the expert) I consider the lack of attachment to the masters to be an advantage, they always find a convenient time for me 🫶🏻
I also want to note the main advantage of a low check. Now I constantly make a French jacket (it's just perfect always), but I know that you can always reset the desired design / color and it will be bought for you.
I highly recommend it, there is always a cozy and friendly atmosphere here. 🫂🫶🏻

I absolutely did not like the salon. An hour before the recording, they called, rescheduled for tomorrow. Well ok. Tomorrow I was served not by an expert, as I asked, but by a master. During the manicure procedure, the frieze periodically burned the skin of the fingers, the next day a terrible crack appeared under the nail (apparently cut with a file), and a lot of burrs. Terrible place and service! We did hands and feet for 5 hours , and we couldn 't do it . Toenails were put in 4 layers, they were thick as pies!
Water was not offered even for 5 hours in the heat of 31 degrees !!!
The manicure is terrible! The cuticle is not treated , the nails are thick and broke on day 2 …
There are no flowers, I wanted pink, but they told me that there are no pink ones at all.... The nails are all crooked , different ... I have never seen such horror in Minsk .

Girls, I recommend not to contact this "salon" under any circumstances. I don't write reviews, but I can't keep silent here. They very persistently invited me for a manicure with a long-term one. I've arrived. In fact, the "wooden" master sawed off my square nails from the collective farm oval, says you asked for it. Because of the change of a beautiful shape to an ugly one, I had to come up with a new design on the go, absolutely not what I wanted. The master is sitting opposite and arguing with me that I'm a fool, I asked him to make such nails myself. The administrator was invited, she calmly listened to my claim, turned around and left. That's the whole solution. As a result, instead of a nude square, I left with short round dark nails. They took the money from me in full, they didn't offer me any bonus.
Two weeks later, I receive a telegram message, like feedback. I outlined the problem, and the answer came, they say, we will talk with the master so that she does not do this anymore, haha 😂

Вчера воспользовалась комплексом маникюр и педикюр, отличное место и хорошие девочки, все быстро сделали, за 2 часа в две руки. Прочитав предыдущие отзывы немного сомневалась, но сомнения быстро развеялись, получила колоссальное удовольствие и от качества, и от цены, и от самого места. Администратор перезванивала накануне и подтверждала запись, вежливые и приятные. Делала до этого в известных салонах, но не зашло, честно. Приду в июне 100%.

I don't advise anyone! this is not a manicure!!! Firstly, they did not have a matte top. I had to sit by myself and come up with a design. The master was absolutely not interested in helping. When I had already come up with the design myself. She said she wouldn't do the stamping. Since I've never done it! But besides that, the manicure itself is poorly done. The cuticle was treated poorly. There are even dry rollers. The little finger is cut : (despite the fact that I asked to try not to cut. It heals for a long time and does not look aesthetically pleasing. At first it seemed to me that they did fine, but I looked at a bunch of jambs in daylight : (I'm not even talking about the fact that several nails look already grown! Since the master did not bring the gel to the cuticle even. What can I say about UNDER the CUTICLE. BUBBLES APPEARED! LESS THAN A COUPLE OF HOURS HAVE PASSED. Avoid this salon!!!!! He is now by the way on Komsomolskaya 12. The city center and such quality. My complaint was ignored. I will not be lazy and write a review in the complaint book

Terrible quality of work!
They cut my cuticle on my manicure, my cuticle was bleeding a lot!
After a few days of wearing, the cuticle will get bitten and sloppy!

The quality of the manicure is very low. After a few days, the tips of the nails were visible from under the varnish, the remnants of the varnish are visible on the cuticle, burrs appeared on the cuticle a week later. I do not recommend it!

Не любитель писать отзывы, но тут сдержаться очень сложно. Маникюр очень не аккуратный, все ногти разной формы и длины, смотрят в разные стороны (для меня это вообще шок), как мастер мог такое умудриться сделать. Покрытие тоже неровно все в ямках, но это уже не так критично на фоне ногтей смотрящих в разные стороны. Настроение испорчено. Первый маникюр, после которого мне хотелось плакать.

Ужасный маникюр, который продержался почти неделю. На второй день появились сколы на некоторых пальцах, лак как будто пластилиновый, слазит после душа из-за того, что отходит по углам. И это при том, что было доплачено за УКРЕПЛЕНИЕ. Редко оставляю отзывы, но походить с маникюром неделю-это сильно…
Также не хватало лака, чтобы нанести два слоя хотя бы. Выбрала другой похожий цвет-тоже в пролете, не осталось. В общем-ни о чем.

ХУДШЕЕ МЕСТО ДЛЯ МАНИКЮРА.
Сейчас они будут в ответ пытаться оправдать себя, но я вам советую им не верить.
ЭТО КОШМАР. Худший салон в Минске. Низкие цены за то, что вам изуродуют ногти. Была у них 20 октября. Сейчас 23 ноября. У меня отросли ногти за месяц и я вижу пропилы от обработки кутикулы. У меня не было никакого покрытия с мая месяца, однако салон утверждает что это пропил от снятия покрытия. Не признают вину, не возвращают средства, и угрожают судом за клевету. Худшее место.
+ ко всему была еще и на педикюре с покрытием в тот же день. Спустя пару дней после салона заметила, что блеска на пальце нет, так как забыли покрыть топом. На что администратор спустя 2 недели ответила - Стерся. У вас когда-то стирался педикюр? У меня тоже нет)))
В общем ни возврата средств, ни адекватного общения от них не ждите. Точно ждите испорченную ногтевую пластину. Кстати, администратор сказала что за месяц ногти отрастают только на 1 мм. А не так как у меня. У вас тоже только на 1 мм? 🤣

О Боже! И почему я не прочла отзывы прежде чем идти туда. Ногти неровные, форма разная, на 2 день ногти начали отстаивается, никто даже не предложил переделать, предложили скидку на следующее посещение. Не смогу пойти на исправление, да и не хочу. Оказывается, я должна знать чем лучше укрепить мои ногти. Мастер поранила, не обработала рану. После покрытия гель-лаком ногти такие же ломкие ,как и без него. А ещё у меня вопрос как за 10 сек можно высушить гель-лак под лампой???? Я не профи, но даже со скидкой отдать 40 руб на 2 дня как-то многовато. Извинений не дождалась. Не тратьте своё время и деньги на такую "красоту и качество" девушки!!!!

Сначала обрадовалась, когда пришла в это место: удобное расположение, чистое светлое помещение, приветливый администратор. На этом все плюсы закончились. В общей сложности я провела там более 4.5 часов и это был всего лишь маникюр с покрытием и укреплением. Ни наращивания, ни ремонта, ни сложного дизайна - ничего времязатратного сделано не было. И важно заметить, что это делала не стажёр, а мастер!!! Плохо было сделано всё: овратительно сделан маникюр, на следующий день уже появились заусенцы, ногти как пирожки толстые и плоские, отступ от кутикулы на некоторых пальцах в несколько миллиметров, топ покрыт с проплешинами и форма ногтей кривая и отличается от ногтя к ногтю. В прочем, фото вместо тысячи слов.

Ходила месяц назад на снятие геля, моя субъективная оценка. Делал топ-мастер
Минусы:
- все мастера за одним немного шатким столом, дернет рукой один, и машинка у другого пройдет не по ногтю (было пару раз, некритично и не больно, но место оборудовано нецелесообразно)
- на столе у мастера уже лежали инструменты , и я до сих виню себя, что не спросила, почему не вскрыли при мне, при мне вскрыли только пилочку
- первый вопрос мастера, после которого я поняла, что не пойду второй раз: "Вам полностью снимать гель или немного оставить?". Ситуация в том, что сколько бы я ни ходила, все мастера предупреждали, чтобы никогда не снимали полностью гель, потому что таким образом снимается и часть поверхности ногтя, значит ноготь становится тоньше, это приведет к инфекции, ноготь будет мягким, ломким. Мастер уточнила, что некоторые просят полностью снять, но считаю, что для здоровья ногтевой пластины так делать не нужно, у меня так в прошлом были проблемы с тонкими ногтями
- мастер работает в перчатках, НО! в процессе поранила, рядом не было средства для обработки ран, мастер В ПЕРЧАТКАХ пошел искать средство в карманах верхней одежды, то есть она потрогала все куртки, и потом в этих же перчатках продолжила делать маникюр. И да, я ничего не сказала, а надо было.
- гель на уголках ногтя полностью сняли на парочке ногтей, в итоге длину не сохранила, у двух ногтей скол
- прерывали работу, потому что все мастера сидят за одним столом, и чтобы выйти одному, то моему мастеру нужно было откладывать работу, отодвигать стул и пропускать несколько раз
Плюсы:
- спокойный, терпеливый мастер (рядом со мной девушка раз пять просила править френч, мастер спокойно правила)
- вежливый персонал
- скидочная система
- возле метро
- есть телевизор, во время процесса посмотреть
Нейтрально,но не хотелось бы:
- администратор приходил и шептал мастеру, сколько времени ему осталось до следующего клиента. Когда шепчут про пять минут, а мастер вроде ещё не заканчивает, аж переживать начинаешь)

Случилась очень неприятная ситуация, ехала в салон на такси, не повезло попасть в легкую аварию, так как до этого аварий в жизни у меня не было, естественно, я была в шоке.
Через 20 минут мне пишут из салона смотрите на скрине. Еще делают сторис с моим логином.
Я все могу понять, кроме непрофессионализма подобных организаций, которые еще и делятся им со своей аудиторией.
Наверное, в каком то смысле и хорошо, что все так случилось, сразу выялвляются корыстные качества людей, которым не важны причины пропуска записи, главное - чтобы ты принес им деньги

Всё бы ничего, записывая предварительно меня к мастеру, за день перезванивают и говорят, что мастер заболел и предлагают уже услуги топ-мастера ( что по цене дороже). Мне везло особенно, если в первый раз я подумала «так-бывает», то когда ситуация повторилась, задумалась ..??! Смутил пост в Инстаграм, о наличии на это время горящих окошек к юниору и мастеру. Извините, но это слишком. Качество работ среднее.

Ходила больше полугода. Но два крайних раза маникюр просто разочаровал. Ногти сделали 2мм толщиной, по краям материал неаккуратно, топ нанесли с просветами, про лунки вообще молчу. Как бы не было удобно посещать данную студию, но больше ни ногой !
