We arrived in Aktau and chose this place to have lunch and everything was great. Very tasty.
After 3 days, we decided to spend the night there before returning, and somehow we found ourselves in another world.
We got a room. They gave me a room that was all dirty after renovation, as if we were going to clean it up now. Conscience 0. The elevator did not work, 1 suitcase was helped to lift the second one speaks for themselves. The service is 100% complete. Then they offered another room with a sea view. Check the type of the shopping center for this name. Sea view through the roof. The bed linen is clean. The bedspread is burnt. A stained carpet.
There is a kettle in the room. There is no tea. There is no washbasin shelf in the shower. The edges of the furniture are hanging off. 25k those are beyond words for this.
The horror restaurant 3 days later. Has the cook changed - The portions and servings have changed, we ordered the same dishes as 3 days ago. The taste is not the same. The mussels were served with broken shells, which is very dangerous.
The staff is generally friendly, but not all are trained.

I recommend a hotel to everyone. The rooms are comfortable, clean linen , Internet , TV , kettle ! In the morning there are breakfasts for every taste, I advise you to try the English breakfast, which is very nutritious! There is parking for cars, there is a restaurant and a gorgeous terrace overlooking the sea, where you can sit in the evening with a glass of wine

The advantages are the sea view, both from the rooms and from the restaurant. Admins, waiters are executive, friendly, work quickly, well done. That's where the advantages end.
Cons - as a so-so hotel, personally, the roll-up curtain in my room was broken, which was never done, in the shower the shower switch, namely from a large stationary watering can to a small hand, was also broken, also not done. The carpet was burned with a cigarette or something larger, the hole was large, and most importantly, you will be able to fall asleep at 2 a.m., because until that time, music is playing loudly downstairs, low frequencies are at least very well felt, even on the fifth floor.
The restaurant is also not very good, I mean in terms of cuisine. You expect a great kitchen from such a beautiful restaurant, but Alfredo pasta, which is difficult to screw up, was spoiled with cheap parmesan, even if it cost more, but with real aged creamy parmesan. And the menu is incomplete, then this is not there, then that. Breakfast is normal, but fried eggs in ordinary vegetable oil... you expect fried eggs in butter from a restaurant... the sausages in the breakfast are one of the cheapest, although it was written fried eggs with sausages, and apparently there were no sausages either.
