My family has never seen this before! It feels like this hotel has already been closed for renovation, and the hostess has opened and is settling in. A ghost place where everything doesn't work. The walls are full of holes, the carpet is filthy, the toilet is broken, the faucet is broken, the shower is broken, even the rod with the curtain collapsed on the child, towels are stained and holes, yellow linen, pillows are a lump with a terrible smell of incomprehensible material, yellow mattresses with protruding springs. The water is turned off periodically. Even the fountain in the restaurant - the central place for the photo - is irrevocably dirty. It's good that we won't be home for long tomorrow. This is not the way to treat guests.

The location is good, the sound insulation is average, depending on who your neighbors are. I will put the hotel 4 with tension. There are pros, but there are more cons. The TV didn't work, we were lucky with the air conditioners, unlike others, people moved from room to room. No one returns the paid money, even if you point out the discrepancy between the promised and paid services. Interest in you disappears immediately when your money is transferred to the pocket of the hostess. The cuisine in the cafe has become worse and is not as diverse as it was. The smell of food is present both from the cafe and from the barbecue. For sure, in the coming months I will not want any shish kebab or smoked meat. We rested at the beginning of September. One of the advantages is that strangers are definitely not allowed close to the rooms of vacationers. The Uzbek woman does not know Russian in the rooms.I had to explain on my fingers that I would clean the room, she does not come in without your consent. I want to say that it is possible to make a good hotel out of this hotel, if only, not only to earn money from it, but also to invest and quickly eliminate shortcomings.

Mom is a travel agent, we came to Gagra for the first time. We do not recommend the hotel. We arrived at the hotel, everything was fine at first, then the air conditioner stopped working, it was impossible to stay in the room at 30 degrees Celsius. Wi-Fi is barely working, the TV is intermittently working. There is no repair: there are cracks in the walls, instead of a shower in the 5th room there is just a hose, the floors are swollen, paint is climbing from the doors, it is impossible to sleep on single beds, as if the springs from the mattress rest against the body. While the hostess was fixing the air conditioner, she called my mother a reptile. Grandma was almost cheated in the restaurant downstairs. We calculated on the calculator for soup and buckwheat "accidentally" about 1000 rubles. They charge 10% for the service immediately and do not warn about it. They came up with tips for themselves. The hotel is poor, they earn money from the pioneers and do not invest a penny in it. Of the advantages, only the food is delicious and then a little higher in the dining room you can eat cheaper and without paying for service. The sea is close, but here almost all hotels have the sea close. Here is a beautiful photo so as not to scare you with the innards of the hotel.

We were in a cafe, everything is fine here - everything is very tasty and the portions are good (we were completely delighted with salmon with vegetables on the grill), clean and very beautiful - lots of flowers. Highly recommend ♥️

I was in Abkhazia for the first and last time. This guest house has made a contribution. You will not find such an attitude towards guests in any country ((((( People squeeze the last juices out of their junk. Just to make money. Mattresses come from nowhere. The linen is not changed at all and the rooms are not cleaned. If something happens to the bed linen, they ask you to wash it yourself or arrange with the maid for extra money. If you make a comment or ask to fix a breakdown in the room, you will be sent immediately 😡😡😡😡

Wonderful hotel👍👏🔥hostess Esma makes very tasty homemade wine👍👏🔥very cozy, and a great cafe on the ground floor... Barbecue and trout baked on coals is just great👍👏🔥I love this place in Gagra

The disgusting owner of the Esma guest house did not return the prepaid money (according to the conditions due to the closed borders of the countries and quarantine, the money had to be returned in full) the cancellation of the reservation was for 3 weeks!
