Everything is fine, clean, cozy, the pool, the view from afar to the sea and the mountains, the rooms are gorgeous, the breakfasts are almost without meat and fat, well, that's for the best. Cons, it's a long way to the exchanger, shops and the sea, but the buses run their own (hotel) and take them to the beach.
I recommend it myself, and I'll probably come here again.

My wife chose this hotel, and after reading the reviews about the hotel (on booking and other similar sites), I was honestly horrified. But the choice has been made, there is no turning back, there is something. They brought us to the hotel at about 12-13 p.m., check-in at 14. They took a deposit of 30 bucks. They asked for 50, but I didn't have such a bill) you can also leave a deposit in baht (1000), but we haven't exchanged money for baht yet either.
Our room was 2321 with one double and two 1 bedroom beds. Although we have one child) but that's not the point. Large balcony with stunning views of the mountains and the city. Shower room with toilet. Everything was clean, the bed linen was also clean, and we checked well, as we had read the reviews. On the second floor there is a swimming pool, which is checked daily for cleanliness.
The breakfasts are standard. Eggs can be prepared in three types, toasts, coffee, juices, vegetables and fruits. Everything else changes - soups, noodles/rice, there were potatoes a couple of times. There were pancakes a couple of times and some kind of dessert. Nothing super fancy, but you definitely won't stay hungry either. Lunch/dinner can also be ordered at the hotel. It takes 20 minutes to get to the sea, it's harder to walk back, the last 50 meters you need to climb straight up a steep hill. Taxi drivers in cars, on bikes and tuk tuks, drive without problems.
Once there was a problem - the air conditioner stopped working. It's almost 12 a.m. I went to the reception, they said that there was no need to wait until tomorrow.They'll do it today. And within an hour, the malfunction was fixed and we slept in a cool room.
At the check-out, and we left the hotel at 5:40, we were given breakfast. The deposit was refunded in full.
The result was that the hotel turned out to be good, there were no conflicts, we cleaned daily, the bed was every two days. We liked everything very much.
