Great service! I was looking for a rental car to travel along the planned route of my genealogical expedition: Brest-Kamenets-Belovezhskaya Pushcha - Volkovysk - Grodno - Brest. I was worried about what would happen in the end, I found a contact of the company, I wrote in advance about two weeks in advance. Andrey called back almost immediately, saying that they would try to pick up the car, but warned that after the May holidays it would be more clear on availability. I specifically planned the trip later, not on peak dates. As agreed, I called back on the 10th, I was glad that the car was there and would be waiting for the agreed day.
The car turned out to be in excellent condition, my wishes were taken into account, and they instructed me in great detail about everything.
The trip went well, there were no problems. The deposit was returned in full, everything is fair. By the way, when I deposited it, there were different currency options, you could leave it in Belarusian rubles, and not only in them. I was offered a very convenient option, which allowed me to save money without losing money on conversion back: I returned the car in the morning on the day of departure and did not have to go to the bank and sell Belarusian rubles to leave with another currency.

I booked a car a week in advance. They began to annoy with clarifying and reminding calls, although all the details were discussed the first time. The make and model of the promised car were changed several times.
Upon receipt, the scratches and chips were very scrupulously pointed out. The car as a whole is in perfect condition.
The manager constantly pointed out that at the slightest new scratch or violation of the conditions, the deposit is not refunded. The deposit is very large, in Minsk it was 6 times lower and the inspection was - take the car there, then put it there.

I wanted to rent a car in Brest from May 2 to May 9, 2025. I contacted the company for the first time on March 31, and called the manager. I was told that there is no problem, call a week before the rental period.
After I reminded them about myself two weeks before the expected rental period, they called me back, informed me that there were no problems, but call me in a week.
I dialed a week before the deadline and it turned out that there were no available cars for my dates.
I was not charged an advance payment, but they did not inform me that there would be no car for the dates I was considering. It would have been much more honest to announce on March 31st that demand is higher than supply. As it was, I had to change my plans a week before...

I took a car for 3 days for a trip from Brest to Grodno and back, the car is in excellent technical condition, they gave it all clean, vacuumed, full tank.
I sat down and drove.
When issuing a car, all the jambs were shown, highlighted (even small ones that even the eye would not fall on - like a small damage to the hubcap on the wheel, small bumps, etc.). We were instructed and warned about everything (smoking in the cabin, the speed limit, opening the hood and other conditions that deprive you of a deposit).
The deposit was 600 rubles, everything was returned without any problems. The delivery of the car took place calmly and quickly - we looked at the appearance and cleanliness of the interior. You can pay 25 rubles on the spot for a sink.
The cars are monitored and issued in good external and technical condition.
The experience was positive, so I can recommend it)

I have used the services of this car rental several times. I would like to note that the fleet is new: 2015-2022 cars in good trim levels, always clean and serviceable. Employees are very attentive to the cleanliness of the car. If it is not washed perfectly enough, you will have to wash it or pay for the sink. It's easier for me not to waste time and effort, pay 25 rubles for a sink and not think about it) A good price is from 50 rubles per day. The owner provides the opportunity to travel abroad, but such trips need to be planned in advance, for such trips there are separate cars that are often rented. The staff works very quickly, pleasant in communication, sometimes with a specific sense of humor. If you dig deeper, customer orientation has not been well developed yet. You can think of "buns" for customers so that they want to come back again and again, even when there is no urgent need. The mileage limit per day is lower than that of competitors, 300 km per day. In general, the difference is not so critical, but if you plan long-distance trips, you need to know that you will have to pay extra for the ride.
In general, the rental service is decent, but there is always something to work on and where to strive.

We used car rental services for the first time. Considering that we are from the Russian Federation, the amount of the deposit in accordance with the rules was 500 b.r. The registration is fast, the instruction is clear. The car is perfectly clean. The company provided a booster for the youngest child. We took a car for a day to travel to Belovezhskaya Pushcha with 2 children. The car was delivered without any problems. We just did not wash the car ourselves, we paid for the car wash separately (+ 25 rubles). We definitely recommend it!

I took a car here in July. There are no complaints, a good place, low prices. The only difficulty is that it's not so easy to get there when you're in the city for the first time :-)
UPD 2023-11-16: Not without a fly in the ointment. Following a transit through Belarus in September, I found a ban (a ban on entry for five years), the basis for which was one (one, Karl!) unpaid fine. Obviously, the Ministry of Internal Affairs sent a fine to the owners of the car, and they responded by saying that the cow was not mine, and leaked my data to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which I can understand, but what I can't do is why it was difficult to send data about this fine to me? After all, the distributors have both my email and phone.
Because of this, I had to drink beer in Germany for an extra month and a half until I settled the issues with the Belarusian Interior Ministry, because I could not return home through Belarus.
