Total disappointment.
Think twice to stay here! They tried to cheat us out of 3,000 lire today, 05/29/2025.
My husband's locker was broken at the spa, my husband closed the locker in the locker room according to the instructions, but his code did not work, when he returned for his things, he contacted the spa counter for technicians to come, as a result, these two "masters" did not know how the locker worked! My husband lost a lot of time while waiting for their "help." As a result, my husband entered the universal code 000000000 and was able to open the cabinet while these two "masters" did not know how to solve the problem!
Half an hour later, we received a call, and a female voice, without introducing herself, said that we had to pay 3,000 lire for breaking the lock in the closet. It was a complete lie and we didn't talk on the phone and went to the reception, where no one knew anything about this problem! Everyone started calling someone, and eventually a guy in civilian clothes came in and started saying that the closet was broken. I started shooting a video, he immediately ran away! Then the girl (sweet and calm) called Tuna cullu's manager, he was incompetent and immediately started complaining that I couldn't record a video. He didn't want to get into the problem, he was just afraid of the video! Everything you need to know about Turkey, a person cannot shoot a video in the public area of the hotel, the video does not show the guests, the video is to protect yourself when the hotel staff slandered this guest!!? Bravo! Everything so that there is no evidence of atrocities.
We spent a lot of nerves and time to explain to these incompetent people that we are not giraffes!
They just wanted to deceive us, to me it looks like a fraudulent scheme that they failed to pull off. It is dangerous to have such "employees", it spoils the reputation of the hotel.
Hotel.
Of the many hotels around the world, this one is definitely one of the worst in terms of sound insulation! There is no sound insulation!
The audibility in the rooms is creepy!! I can hear the neighbors from above. We have a corner room where there are no neighbors in the bedroom behind the wall. But what's happening to us is torture! At 12 at night, the furniture was being moved, then at 8:20 the noise started again, apparently the cleaning came! Furniture without soft cushions on the legs, any movement is audible. They constantly jump and drop something over us all day (there's a child there) and it's all audible, it's also hard to listen to a crying child! Then the Chinese speech became clearly audible. I repeat, a noisy room is torture! It feels like you're in a dorm! The next day at 3:50 a.m., our neighbors got up on the balls and slammed the door several times, they woke us up! We sleep in earplugs, they don't help to make the noise level clear!
View of the road, sad. The window is scanty and deaf, there is not even an opportunity to ventilate. While the hotel is new, it is not felt, but after a while it will be a big problem, especially for allergy sufferers.
Curtains let in light, but they don't fit snugly.
Titanium Elite, they only gave us a semi-suite, which is a low loyalty to our status, there are rooms of a higher category - they were not given them, it looks like greed. The floor is only 5 out of 11. The name in the welcome letter is for another guest, Naomi!🤦♀️
There's not even an umbrella in the room!
They didn't give us an umbrella at the reception, saying they only had one umbrella.
There is no outlet at the table to work comfortably. And there is no workplace at all, although the room is cluttered with unnecessary objects, such as an armchair, a banquette and a large coffee table. The sofa in the living room is hard, and my back is numb after 10 minutes.
Breakfast, a separate sadness.
It looks better in the photo, but in reality the sausage is dried at the edges. Baking is tough. Tea and coffee are terrible, as are packaged juices.
There is no coffee machine, that is, if you want a cappuccino or espresso, it is only for an additional fee. This is the first time we've seen this! There aren't even nuts for breakfast. The M-lounge is a poor place. The reception said there was breakfast, but it was completely empty for breakfast.
Low water pressure in the shower.
The sauna and hammam are hidden in a long corridor and there is not even an inscription anywhere. In general, it is dangerous to go to the spa, based on our experience.
