I recently returned from a trip to Uzbekistan organized by Canaan travel dates from 04/28 to 05/05/2025. I purchased the tour through Travelogue, I am surprised that they chose such an unreliable partner. I've been buying vouchers through them for more than 10 years, everything has been fine. At first + -The hotels are all of a good standard, a combination of modern style and oriental flavor. There is a very friendly staff everywhere, ready to help with any issue! - Restaurants in good tourist locations, beautiful interiors, a selection of traditional and interesting dishes. - There is a transport escort everywhere. But the minivan is very tough, and it takes 5-6 hours to move from city to city. The roads between the cities are not very good. Cons- -Meeting at the airport. The program says that the meeting is with the company's nameplate. The fact is a man in the dark with a piece of paper with a last name written in a ballpoint pen. It's a problem to make out in a crowd. -When checking into the hotel, one hotel is written in the program, in fact, you are not registered to look for another. They found it well and didn't leave it on the street. - The program is crumpled, the guides in Tashkent and Samarkand did not talk very interestingly and clearly. In Bukhara, the guide, for some reason, decided to shorten the excursion program to 15-16, instead of 18, and there was no master class with cooking Bukhara pilaf at all, as well as many other things stated in the program. Samarkand market and pilaf were not seen. - There is a bad settlement in Bukhara, a group of 9 people arrived, they say we cannot accept, we will not settle. None of the numbers listed in the program are picked up. Then the hotel got through to somewhere, we checked in with grief, we were supposed to have 2 nights, but the next night we were moved to another hotel. I had to sort through the suitcase again. - I had a single ticket, there should be rooms with one full bed in 2 hotels, they provided a room with 2 and 3 small beds that cannot be moved. Sleeping is not comfortable. - Then the program to Khiva in the program description "Moving Bukhara Khiva with a stop for lunch, photo stop on the Amu Darya River and on the dunes of the Kizil Kum desert (9:00- 19:00). " BUT THE FACT IS, for some reason, I have a train ticket from Bukhara on the train to Khiva indicated check-out from the Bukhara hotel departure to train station at 5-30 and departure on 7-12 arrival at 12-47. Tickets were previously sent to the email address for such a time. When I arrived in Uzbekistan, they gave me some kind of paper ticket at the reception without explanation, I put it in my purse and take it with me. In Bukhara, before leaving, I decided to check, I don't understand, 2 tickets for different times, but for the same date. I am writing to the program managers asking me which ticket to use, but I have not received an answer. I decided not to take any chances and went to the train station for the early 5-30 train, which was given on paper, and it turned out to be right. But the most disgusting thing is that they didn't warn me or the drivers who were supposed to take me and pick me up from the train station.If I hadn't checked and compared the tickets, I would have been asleep and missed the train. I don't care about the person. I arrived in Khiva with grief in half, I was standing alone at the train station and found that no one was meeting me, it was good that I had a connection and a local SIM card, the driver got through, said I should meet you later. That is, the ticket has been changed, but no one needs to be warned. The next thing is more interesting, he's driving to a hotel, he has one hotel name, and I have another in the program. We arrived at his place, I'm not registered there, I didn't leave well, it turned out to be my hotel as in the program. I brought it, checked in, and forgot. I'm looking at the case for lunch, no one remembers about me. And the restaurant is listed and the time is from 13 to 14. I'm calling, they don't know anything. They forgot, in short, they solved the problem with lunch with a fight. But go by yourself. I'm not familiar with a foreign city or country, and I've paid for escorts and transfers. And I was just sent by yandex.Maps)). - The transfer time for the drivers is one thing, the program is different. Departure to Khiva-Tashkent airport is on 18, and I have 18-30. No one came to the hotel, he came and left, got through and returned. Departure to the airport and check-out Tashkent - Moscow I have 8-30, he has 9, I'm sitting waiting, I could sleep. The most disgusting thing is that the manager listed in the program does not pick up the phone, he simply does not respond to messages in WhatsApp, the word "sorry for the inconvenience" does not exist for this company. Therefore, if you want a high-quality vacation for your money and so that you are not forgotten anywhere, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY, I HAVE NEVER MET SUCH A MESS! It is necessary to have a connection in order to get through to someone. Otherwise it's really bad.

Think 10 times before booking a tour from this company. On April 22, I booked a tour with dates of May 2-9. The operator confirmed the tour, an advance payment was made (24). No information on the tour was provided before the start. As a result, less than a day before departure (on May 1), I contacted the organizer on my own and received the most brilliant answer: "Unfortunately, with the high tourist season and the large influx of tourists to Uzbekistan, we cannot join you to the group on May 2." and "We were looking for available hotel rooms, unfortunately we could not find them." with a high tourist season and a lot of tourists." It's good that I managed to rebook the tour with another company, quickly find a hotel for the dates that moved out because of this, and now I'm enjoying the hospitality of this beautiful country. There was virtually no support and interaction on the part of the organizer, 2 dates were proposed that were very different from the planned one, after which the organizer basically stopped interacting. It was possible to return the money on prepayment only through the support of the aggregator, the organizer himself did not respond to messages.

Disgusting tour organization. They were taken from the airport to another hotel. There were 6 of us in the car, two were delivered to the address, the other four, as it turned out, were brought to the wrong address, while the escort did not even wait for the check-in and left. I had to contact the agency and wait for another car. The next day, the guide changed the program at his discretion, explaining that the program was never completed. On the third day of the trip, scheduled departure should be at 8 a.m. At 8:30 a.m., they called the hotel and asked them to tell the whole group that departure was postponed until 10:30 a.m. It was very nice to get up at 6:30, instead of 8:30. But this was not the last change in departure time. As a result, 30 people left Tashkent at 2 p.m. in three cars: two minivans and one minibus. There was no travel excursion during this movement, as the escort was traveling with only one group in the car. In Samarkand, everything was according to plan and we had already sighed, but early: in Bukhara (our next location), upon arrival, it turned out that our other companions were being accommodated in the hotel where we were supposed to stay, and instead of the city center, we were accommodated in the same hotel chain, but near the airport, i.e. almost outside the city. Fortunately, a taxi is very cheap by Moscow standards and it was possible to travel from the center to our hotel in it for two days. The trip to Khiva was according to plan. There were 6 people left from our group, and we reached Khiva without delay and comfortably enough for six people. But! There was no guided tour again, we were driven by an unaccompanied driver. I specifically chose a tour without high-speed trains in order to learn as much as possible about Uzbekistan while traveling. If I had to get from one city to another, I would choose high-speed trains, not motor transport!!!! Again, a big question for the organization. Write that there are no travel tours! Then they will choose more convenient ways of transportation.
