We booked this hotel, paid for 5 nights. We arrived, arrived at the hotel. We show the voucher. The person at the reception tells us: Pay in cash. Imagine our shock, we tell him we have everything paid for. The person at the reception: pay in cash, and make a cancellation on the website, you will receive a refund in 30 days. And he calls another amount more expensive. I called the technical support of the site through which we took, I explain the situation. We were told because it's late in the evening, you'd better rent a room for the night, take a check and tomorrow everything will be decided, the money will be refunded. We asked the person at the reception how much the night would cost, we were told the cost, we say we definitely need a receipt. And the man at the reception says: go sleep well, we'll give you a check tomorrow morning. (I'm writing as we were told). We tell him, then the money in the morning. But he's not, the money is now. We ask you to tell us what the room looks like. We were shown a dirty room, with a smell, as if the bedclothes had been slept on for several months. We told him : It's dirty here. He: pay in 10 minutes, it will be clean. We had to leave. They went to look for another hotel. The next morning, the support staff of the website where we booked informed us that they had contacted the hotel. And they said we weren't there. Shock! The money was not returned to us, a month has passed. So think about whether you need such entertainment.
