I rarely write positive reviews) otherwise it becomes impossible to get there later. But I will share this part from the bottom of my heart. The guest house is very conveniently located, there are many cafes, canteens and the main sea nearby with children it is important. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the kids in the evenings ran to a nearby hotel for a disco, we had enough territory and entertainment everywhere. Thanks to the owner, an attentive, caring person will always answer all questions without any problems🙌

The village of Ldzaa -
It's a great place with great people, and one of them is the owner of the Calipso Hotel, Daur. A man with a capital letter literally in everything, from the beginning of our room reservation, when he kindly agreed to receive us earlier than the designated season, to the further accompaniment of our vacation. We express our great gratitude.
The hotel is located a 3-minute walk from the sea, in a bay where the cleanest water, where the Pitsunda pines pleasantly smell and purify the air (experts of different formats came, took measurements, everything is confirmed. You can even drink water there immediately from the tap, which we did, very tasty water). A tour desk, a shop and a bakery with very tasty chebureks - all in the vicinity and on the way to the sea. The rest was a success and was very full of various pleasant adventures. It is a pity that little time was devoted to housing in this place. But we definitely want to visit this beautiful area of Pitsunda again. Thank you so much for everything!

I was lucky enough to get to this cozy place in 2017) the guest house was opened and since then I have been vacationing in it every year, the rooms are small, but they have everything you need, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, wi-fi. The sea is a 5-minute walk away, shops, cafes, pharmacy are within walking distance. There is a coniferous park with relict pines near the beach, there is a place to hide in the sun. The guest house has a summer kitchen with everything you need, on-site barbecue, sandbox and swings for children, next to the dining room. Who loves a calm and quiet holiday, definitely come here, I would never trade this paradise, until old age only here)
