The flowers are always fresh, they stand for a long time, and the service is pleasantly pleasing with attention and care. 💐

They came to buy a houseplant. The florist was extremely uninterested in helping, he answered all the questions very dryly and briefly, while the questions themselves were asked quite directly. For example: how to take care of a flower, and what to do in such a situation. In response, the raw: well, it will be written on the memo. And that's the best reaction I've ever had. Mostly just ignore it. Plus, the flower turned out to be already infected with a pest - a mealybug. We didn't notice it right away. There are no other plants in the house, so infection from other plants could not have occurred. When buying, they noticed that several leaves were already covered with something sticky. In general, it's unpleasant.

I made an order online and, accordingly, called this store by phone to clarify the order. I had to call many times because what is on the site is not available, they could not consult on the phone and give an answer what is available, they directed me to focus on the site catalog, and there you are already making an order and there is no such thing, which was very inconvenient, caused disappointment + a lot of time spent. Nevertheless, after the delivery of the goods, the plant did not come the same as in the photo, but sick, the prices for flowers are overestimated, as well as for service and quality.

The purchased cactus turned out to be infected with a mealybug. Initially, I saw tiny white lumps on it, but as a non-discerning person, I thought that the variety was like this. Later there were more of them, I decided to look on the Internet what it is. I couldn't even imagine that this store treats customers like this and sells infected plants. And another succulent bought from them was successfully infected from a cactus. I had to throw everything away.

The location is just terrible: the parking lot is a separate branch of hell... neither stand nor turn around, cars on top of each other, if you lock someone up, be ready to run away, do not walk around the store, since there is no normal parking... To put it mildly, the choice of a place for a plant store is not very good... the desire to visit it longer disappears when you try to park somewhere for 40 minutes. But I was upset recently, because I gave an expensive flower to a friend for the opening of a fitness studio, she watered it and worms climbed out of the pot… I don't really understand the overflows of plants, but it seems to me that the worms should have already been there to climb, they don't have such a fast development process and there are no more plants in the studio except ficus.
