On-site swimming pool, hammam, sauna, gym. Excellent location, quiet enough under the Windows, opposite the mini park. Cleopatra Beach is 800 meters away. There are several grocery stores nearby, several cafes of Turkish, Russian, and European cuisine, a fish market nearby, plus a farmer's market on Tuesdays.

A good complex for short-term rentals, the sea is close, the market and shops are also within walking distance. The complex has a small sauna, hammam x, massage room, outdoor swimming pool in summer, indoor in winter.
