I want to express my great gratitude!) First of all, I would like to mention the work of the staff, they are very nice girls, they paid a lot of attention, they told everything very patiently, advised, warned about the risks!) Due to the quality of the services, I brought a light jacket to be cleaned, I often have to carry several bags at once, both the usual daily one and from the laptop, sometimes a spotty one is also added, because of this, the whole new jacket was worn from dark bags, and went without much hope that it could already be saved and returned to its normal appearance. But when I came to pick it up, I just couldn't believe it, it was perfectly clean, like new!)

Disgusting dry cleaning.
I sent things for quality control twice - apparently, it's impossible to provide a high-quality service the first time.
After the first cleaning, black stripes, spots and streaks appeared on the light raincoat. The employee tried to prove that it was a shadow falling, and it seems to me. The buttons they sewed on fell off after a week.
They should have inserted the button into the jacket, but they forgot and just put the patch in an empty place.
The belt from the coat remained dirty after two cleanings, and the fabric was worn and spoiled. The stain on the coat was not removed at all. The staff's response: "Well, it didn't work out." Although they said on the phone that it had been removed.
SMS alerts about readiness come every other time, so there is a chance that your item will hang there for a month just like that.
Then why work at all if nothing works out?

They fixed my leatherette pants, initially they said that this was not done, but they did it under my responsibility, but they did not leave me in trouble. The order was ready in a few hours. Very pleasant and sociable women. We advised you on future issues.
