This is not the first time I use the services of this dry cleaner. There were no questions. When handing over a new down jacket (I ate ice cream, I planted spots on my chest), I had no doubt that everything would be fine. When cleaning the down jacket, the holes on the front side of the collar were wiped with the inside of the buttons. I applied for a damage review. There, in response, they pointed out to me that in the dry cleaning contract it was indicated that the seams were crooked, the fabric was worn, greasy, the buttons were worn out and the down jacket was 70% worn. Read the contract when you take things to the dry cleaners. I'm not going there anymore.

Two down jackets were killed tightly... The stains were not removed, plus the artificial filler was all lost, there was only one raincoat on the back and sleeves. They just ruined two jackets.... I passed it and paid more than 200 rubles to have my jackets destroyed.

Disappointed with the services. I took the best “lux” dry cleaning for two white jackets. The female administrator spoke well about how this service will be provided. Including that the clothes will be ironed. In terms of cleaning, I am satisfied. The items were given away clean and undamaged. But the appearance suggests that things have not been ironed. Neither from the outside, nor the lining on the second. Which requires additionally giving jackets for steaming.

I am very satisfied with the dry cleaning services. The receptionist is very polite, attentive, told everything. explained. I handed over a white mink coat. I didn't find out after the dry cleaning.. The fur is clean, smooth, shiny.. The service was provided very quickly, within a week and the price was satisfied.

I used the services for the first time. I asked for the removal of ink from special yellow clothing. Clothes were very expensive morally, as it is impossible to get them now. They warned that the case was very difficult (they spread out a lot) and did not guarantee at all that they would be able to bring everything to the end. And also that clothes can fade. I was generally satisfied with the option, because there was nowhere to go. He waved without looking, and handed over the clothes and money.And wow! I get a text message saying that I can pick it up. I come for the goods and there was no ink. The clothes have not faded, the inscriptions have not been erased. I am very pleased with the result, the dry cleaning and today's Friday.

I went to the dry cleaner for the promotion, taking a promo code on Cream.buy for cleaning a demi-season coat, the composition of which is wool, viscose, light color, with a 50% discount, I paid 42 rubles in advance on demand. Readiness is scheduled for 09/15/12, a few days before the scheduled date, I received a phone call demanding that I write an application, arriving at the pick-up point, with consent to an aquachist, allegedly they cannot dry clean to cope with stains in the form of washouts, according to them.I asked to send an application form to Viber, agreed with their choice of cleaning method, but after fulfilling their requirement, they continued to call me and require my personal presence when writing the application.In total, there were 4 calls from their side.I found it unbearable and arrived on 15.09 to pick up my coat and clean it elsewhere. "And we don't have money to give you, come another day for money." After arguing with the receptionist, the money was found.But the mood was spoiled, my coat was dry-cleaned for a week, no measures were taken to clean it.I got the impression that the bullying was malicious.

I was lucky enough to visit this workshop, but I did not leave it with a good impression at all.
the thing was accepted well, they told me how to do everything quickly and beautifully, and paid for it. as a result, when they arrived at the specified time, they said that there were no lightning yet (3 working days had passed), but before they "pleased" the consultant began to ask if we had paid, had they called us? after that, she said that wait for them to dial you, and this despite the fact that the site itself indicates that zippers for every taste and color are replaced within a couple of hours, as a result, no one called us anyway, I had to be interested in the readiness of the product myself. The work was done and delivered to the specified pick-up point after 7 working days. There is no service ( both conversations with the client and work in the shortest possible time).
