The service is the best, individual approach to each client. I applied to this institution on 30.08.2023. The following times were available on the Internet for a haircut in the women's hall: 15.30, 16.30, 17.00. I drove up to the hairdresser at about 14.50. at first I did not sign up, but just decided to go in to ask if they could take me earlier. It turned out that the barbershop was empty, there was no one. Hairdresser Ekaterina said that there are no places for today, everything is scheduled. I told her that there were three times on the Internet, which she said she had everything scheduled. I asked, you're free now, if it's possible to get a haircut right now, but she said no, a person should come up now. As a result, I made an appointment for 15.30 today via the Internet and told Ekaterina about it. But she kept insisting that everything was taken. Then one thing is not clear to me, if she was waiting for a client, how long should this client be???? If it was already 15.00 on the clock at that time, if the next expected entry should be at 15.30. I absolutely do not understand why services were refused despite the fact that there was no one in the barbershop??? I asked Ekaterina for a book of complaints, which was also refused. As a result, I left the barbershop at 3.15 pm, and no one went there all this time. It turns out that the master simply refused to do his job, with the complete absence of clients in the barbershop. Very sorry.
