We went for free to the beach and the promenade through the cypress alley, and at the exit we met the checkpoint. Paid entrance to the beach and the promenade!!! That's crazy!!! We were very surprised by this. A beautiful street, many retail outlets, we are vacationers and so we take our money there, and they are still trying to force us to pay for passage to the sea. It's banal, there is a concert hall behind the barrier, do you also have to pay to get into it?! Or go "vegetable gardens"?! We were in Pitsunda for the first time and only 1 day, we really liked the beaches, the sea, the atmosphere. But this checkpoint = incomprehensible extortion left an unpleasant impression.

A place where locals rip off tourists for passing to the city's waterfront! They don't give you checks, only pieces of paper with dates! There are boors at the barrier and at the ticket office. The cashier was forced to pay for the child, although children under 12 years old are free! She demanded money without change, although I told her that there was only 1000. No change- let it go for free! The boor stands at the barrier and smokes at those who stand in line, and when asked not to smoke at us, he expressed "his perplexity." I consider this attitude to the guests unacceptable. The attitude of such locals to the tourists who feed them has completely spoiled the impression. We will not come again! PS. entrance from Cypress Street is free, you just need to walk a little longer.

the funny thing is that you can go to the beach in any direction, but through the checkpoint for money. I walked around, and at the exit I chatted a little with the guards, they referred to the order of the director of the boarding house, which they have glued on the booth)) I tell them that the territory is municipal and is not regulated by the narmatives of the boarding house) but they don't care))
