A squalid and disorganized airport. The renovation is in its second year. Huge amounts of money for control. With NON-British passports, it is impossible to register online and everyone stands in three-hour queues to check in.

A convenient airport with Wi-Fi, places to wait for flights. The airport staff is always ready to help. They treat Russian-speaking passengers kindly and sometimes joke in Russian.
