Visiting the exhibition exceeded my expectations. One of the advantages is a very pleasant atmosphere, polite and qualified staff, stylish design of the photo zone, and a reasonable entrance price. The child was delighted. Let's go again. One of the disadvantages is the high indoor air temperature, which is designed for the life of butterflies, but it can be difficult for some people to spend a lot of time there.

0 stars for the service! I was driving from Kamennaya Gorka, I wanted to find out in advance if there was any point in going at all, maybe there weren't enough butterflies. No one picks up the phone, and they answered on Instagram a week later. As a result, there were no more than 30 butterflies (despite the fact that more than 100 were reported). When asked by the administrators why they couldn't get through and wait for an answer on Instagram, they said "we'll clarify now," and they began discussing among themselves that they knew why no one had raised it.
Question: why is the administrator sitting, and even 2 people, if they are not responsible for the phone and Instagram? The service is terrible.
There are no complaints about butterflies.

I visited the exhibition a week ago, I really liked it! There are a lot of butterflies and all of a different kind! The atmosphere is good, as if you have entered a warm tropical country.
