I liked everything, I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews.
10-15 minutes from the metro, to the center (Meheti, Rike Park) - a 25-minute thrill walk
The hotel is new, everything is clean, everything is beautiful and cozy
They met us, offered us coffee, and asked us every morning how we were doing and wished us a good day.
Cleaning is really once every 3 days, well, we didn't need to do that anymore, in other hotels, on the contrary, they always asked not to clean until it was necessary (you should keep the cleanliness yourself, and not shit where you sleep).

If you will be in Tbilisi, by no means here, why? We made a reservation that the hotel confirmed from January 1 to January 7, 25, arrived at 20:00 and here... Sorry, something went wrong with us, there are no places, all the best and good mood. On request, Komon guys - are you okay? Zero reaction, the Island (booking service) could not contact , the hotel stupidly stopped picking up the phone, and if in doubt, scroll through the reviews... In general, gentlemen, do not fit into this hotel!!

I don't recommend it. The bed was broken, and the room was dirty. We were at the end of November, it was +15 outside during the day, and at night the temperature dropped to +2. They were heated only by air conditioning, it could not cope with its function, there were batteries, but they were not turned on because of the plus temperature during the day outside. There's mold in the shower, and the sound is like cardboard walls. I don't recommend it!
