A good hotel, of course, is not located in the center at all. There is a restaurant at the hotel. I was confused by the lack of air conditioning. I was in early June and September. In summer, I think it would be tough without air conditioning

It is located at the entrance to the city. It's a long way to the center and the main streets.
WiFi is sweet.
Good breakfast. Large clean rooms. Round-the-clock tea.

After the mountain, this guest house is just a miracle! Of course, the service is not perfect!
It would be cleaner to clean the sheets and garbage in the room, and cleaning in the toilet room would not hurt either)
The breakfasts are very meager, but you can live)
In short, after the mountain, the hotel seems like a fairy tale!

Poor breakfast, no air conditioning anywhere (rooms, reception) poor internet. But a great view of Ararat from the terrace of the 4th floor. The staff is polite

The breakfasts are better than in another Dogubayazit hotel. Wi-Fi in the rooms does not work very well. There are many grocery stores around.
