I arrived in Astana late in the evening, there was a confirmed booking at the booking office of this hotel and my wish was that we check in at night.
As a result, the hotel was closed, and no one answered my doorbell or phone. I had to walk around the area to look for another hotel. It is good that the reservation did not require payment in advance.
And this is just terrible! Avoid this hotel. The furniture is old, the towels are torn and stink of whiteness. There were hairs from previous guests on the sheet. And most importantly: after preliminary confirmation of the reservation, we arrived with a child, and they tell us there is no room. As a result, our friend was checked into another hotel nearby for one night, and we were put in her room.
It is also worth mentioning about breakfast. It's being brought to the room!!!! And it consists of: scrambled eggs, melted cheese, four slices of tomato and cucumber, sausage was only one day out of two, toast bread, a mug of boiling water and a tea bag. That's it!
We lived with our family for several days when we came to see Astana , we rented 2 rooms for two .
There were no strong demands, but for 16,000 tenge per day per room, it is an excellent option if you do not sit only in the room. Nearby and within walking distance of the embankment , exchangers , restaurants and cafes . Convenient location

At first I was a little disappointed, the room seemed gloomy, the hotel itself needs renovation)) After talking with the manager, I calmed down, I was such a sweet, friendly girl that I felt at home. She told me where to eat delicious food, where to go. She asked what to cook for breakfast. So my initial impression dissipated like a fog. I am grateful to this girl (let her apologize for forgetting her name, she has been working at the hotel for 3 years). I do not know how much she is paid, but I think, in any case, we need to raise the salary, she has brightened up all the shortcomings of the hotel
