There is a lot of one star! If there was a negative rating, I would have given it. I'm sitting on a broken-down bus and writing. We were traveling from Moscow to Donetsk, and the bus broke down in Voronezh. We were told that buses had already left Moscow, they would pick everyone up, put everyone in jail, and take everyone to the place. Half an hour later, it was announced that a bus would arrive at 4 a.m. and pick up only 12 people from all passengers - that's what the head of the carrier company said, the rest would be refunded for 2400 (a ticket costs 3000 + 300 luggage) and everyone was free. It's night outside, it's raining, we're in a strange city, there are no bus tickets, no trains, at least to Rostov, at least for the next two days. The carrier's operator turned off the phones, the driver is playing on the phone, the Ministry of Emergency Situations said that there is no threat to life and health. Nobody decides anything.

I don't understand what people don't like, I've been riding with premium beads for the second year, everything is fine. On July 2, I rode a brand-new comfortable bus , charging , blankets. Many thanks to the very positive guys of bus 356 (The drivers are 2 Andrey and a very nice accompanying Vlad, who literally enveloped all passengers with care and attention! I have never seen such rudeness from dispatchers !! I booked seats 2 weeks in advance, on the day of the preliminary call I couldn't pick up the phone (I was working), after calling back in 20 minutes I found out that my reservation had been cancelled.. How 's that ?? Do I call back half an hour before departure on the day of departure??!! It 's hard to talk to a screaming dispatcher and her "truth" that they have such rules. That's how your reservation is quickly cancelled and given to the "right" people.. Thanks for the stress and the "service"
