A cozy room, very friendly staff. The kitchen is generally good. It's nice to sit with your family, especially after a long walk with an appetite. Well, if the weather does not allow you to come here, and you are too lazy to cook at home, then you can place an order through a special application and hot food will be delivered right to the apartment door.

A large American cuisine diner in a huge new shopping mall. The staff is polite, they try to do everything quickly. The atmosphere is at the level of a large restaurant. The food is common in such establishments, fast food. There is also a cafe nearby where you can buy very tasty donuts. There are a lot of tables, the hall is large. If you like crowds in places like this, then come on weekends. If not, then in the middle of the working week and day off. 😉

I come in a couple of times a month.
Positive: fast service, delicious, unlimited cold drinks.
Cons: sometimes they make mistakes in orders (you ask for takeaway, but they collect it as for the hall; or sometimes they may not report something), but when you point out a mistake, they always apologize, sometimes they can even offer a compliment (sauce). Sometimes they also persistently offer additional products (for example, "try our milkshake"), I do not like this.
For comparison, yesterday I was in Minsk at the Iac.Bye, this is tin, the quality of the products is much lower, and the prices are almost 2 times higher than Burger King.
Therefore, 5 stars 😁

I came to bc on the opening day. I ordered one of the coupons for myself through the application (I specifically checked that the desired address is, 4 Koltsevaya str. N3 Plaza). As a result, I went to see if my order was in the list of orders and it was not in the list, went to the application to see, and my order was in another burger king on 21A Zheleznodorozhnaya Street. I went to the checkout, asked what the hell was wrong with the order, to which they replied, "Our restaurant is not yet connected to the application (Burger King Belarus)." As a result, I had to go to another BC on the railway, which is not close, because I could not cancel the order. I thought okay, they just opened, but I managed to get to drugovo bk in 20 minutes and still sat there and waited 25 minutes for my order to be prepared. "I really enjoyed the Burger King service."😡

On November 20, I went to the Burger King restaurant in n3 plaza for the first time, ordered 2 BIC King burgers. When I opened the packaging at home, I was in complete shock. The receptionist on the phone said that it should be so. Their pictures completely do not correspond to the product. I don't recommend this place.
