Well, there's probably nothing new to write about such online establishments. It's more about their menus/settings as a whole across the network. We took burgers, and the sauce was removed from the settings. We were given an order, and there was sauce. I went to the issue office to deal with the situation. The manager looked at it and said that the sauce had been removed as we requested, but that the burger had a different sauce (mayonnaise or something else, I don't remember exactly how he described it). We were not satisfied with that. We don't need sauce, so any sauce, no matter how many ingredients are in the recipe. Or in the terminal, in the settings, make a choice to remove sauce #1, sauce #2, etc.
As a result, everything was redone for us, without sauces, for which thank you.

We ordered a delivery set of 3 burgers, 3 large fries, 6 sauces, 6 strips and 3 drinks. Everything arrived cold, only the strips are hot. There are no onions in the containers at all, they are dry, it feels like only a bun and a cutlet, lettuce leaves with hard and thick stalks. French fries instead of large portions are small, the potatoes themselves are undercooked and cold, like ordinary boiled potatoes, it is not possible to eat, they all went into the trash. Instead of the cheese sauce, they put 2 curries, and they didn't even put one napkin. The service is just awful, the food is the same. The order was placed here for the first and last time. Yandex. Delivery left a comment about the order, but no response was received. Only with a personal visit to the institution, the issue of a refund was resolved.
2 months have passed, and the refund has not occurred, although it was promised in 3-7 business days.

The floors are very dirty in the room, so that the shoes stick. There is only one panel working to place an order, so there is a huge queue of people. It's also very hot in the room, so much so that it's impossible to just stand there.
There are clearly not enough staff, because the cashier simultaneously serves customers and collects orders. Basically, orders with burgers and everything else are collected first, even if they were ordered later. An order with one ice cream and a glass of drink (which is twice as fast and easier to make) is served last, so people can only stand for half an hour and wait for their unfortunate drink.
To be honest, at some point I just wanted to leave, unfortunately the order had already been paid for and all that remained was to wait (or not wait) for it. It seemed that some people were standing there for an hour.
Of course, to improve the quality of service, a little more staff is required, at least one more cashier and cleaner, as well as the repair of self-service devices.
At the moment, I've seen better Burger King restaurants, although there were about the same number of staff there.
If it is the people working there who are to blame for such a situation (the neglected condition of the premises and the breakdown of the devices), then it is worth thinking about replacing them, because they spoil the face of the restaurants very much.
Unfortunately, I don't want to return to such places...

the worst service is in this establishment. I've been to other parts of it, but this one surpassed all of them. if it were possible to give 0 stars, I would give exactly this rating. 1) they didn't say hello to us 2) there was no Kazami screen 3) they specifically clicked on the wrong order that I wanted and left safely. They never apologized to me) 4) the room is terribly dirty, the trash cans have not been cleaned (garbage literally fell out of them), I am generally silent about the tables and the smell in the room.

Today I ordered ice cream IN A CONE, they gave me some kind of special ice cream in a cup and separately gave me a cone. I also asked for a spoon to eat ice cream somehow, although it was hard to say that it was ice cream, but they still start saying that they don't have spoons and then they give me this spoon anyway: the ice cream is terrible, it's either expired or Something else almost made me throw up.
It's also very dirty , the whole place stinks , and it's unbearable to be here.
I don't advise anyone to go to any other place, but NOT THIS ONE!!!

I always have problems with bc. There are problems with this network in general, I just had to have lunch here. I was waiting for my order for a lot of time when there were 3 orders on the screen. It was my first time visiting this institution in the center. It's a disgusting experience. Nowadays, cafes in the city center are completely unsanitary: there is no soap in the toilet, the smell in the toilet is like a mouse has died, the tables are all dirty and dirty. The girls, as I understand it, work together, great fellows, everything is fast enough.
The only negative thing that I am very upset about is the milkshake.
It turned out to be just disgusting, the taste and texture are just melted ice cream. It's hard to drink.
We waited until it got a little better, but it didn't get any better.
