She just canceled the order for 10-15 minutes and 5-7 times I heard the same question "did you still want a chicken burger instead of a burger!?" just canceling 4 positions took time! I'm stupidly waiting for all this in silence when she's finished with the customer and I say my order, "hello, Mr. Junior, please,"

"the waiting time is 15 minutes!" I've already wasted that time and waiting for a bun is just trash!

The best BC I've ever been to. Delicious, fast, clean, cozy, atmospheric (it's all about this place) . The staff is polite and cultured, the food is warm and delicious. The location is convenient, near my house. The hall is clean, it is clear that they are watching the cleaning. This BC leaves only positive emotions. Definitely 5/5

Pleasant soundtrack. What upset me was the rags of cobwebs under the ceiling on wooden structures. I think you can brush it off once every two weeks. Children who occupy tables just to sit, what does the administration do and where is it looking? One ticket office is open, rather sluggishly, during rush hour, a queue is formed. Cooking is not very fast. And the cherry on the cake. Eternally shitty tables that no one wipes, this is the scourge of BK, it seems that they do not look at cleaning the hall on the network at all.
