After the renovation, it became much more comfortable. But there is also a disadvantage. The last time I visited this institution was 05/08/2025. Teenagers come, especially in the late afternoon, they don't order anything, but they occupy the tables. You can hear a lot of foul language from them and it's very noisy. There is no one to clean up the room in the evening. Nobody cleans the boxes where they throw out the bags and put the trays in an ugly state. There's a problem with the trays. They are completely absent in the evening, as there is no one to collect and wipe them. I didn't find enough staff at the checkout and order collection, because they don't even have time to issue a ready-made order. It is clear that they are very tired. In our situation, the ice cream was prepared for the order at the checkout, but the order was given without ice cream, the sauces were mixed up. It is clear that the guys are tired by the evening.

They paid 99 kopecks for the cheese, but did not receive any of the selected ones. They also ordered dessert brownies with ice cream, took the order with them to take away. The brownie was simply placed next to the order, when asked to put it in some kind of box for more convenient transportation, the employee refused, so I just had to carry the dessert in my hand down the street.
