terrible service, rude staff. constant under-allocation of items from the order. It was completely unsanitary, my orders were given to other customers more times than to me personally, and because of this, the waiting time for the order ranged from 30 minutes to an hour. A complete disappointment, always check the completeness of your order after receiving it. when pointing out a mistake to employees, they roll their eyes and cluck their tongues.

The cashier girl is wearing rubber gloves.In these gloves, she clicks on the monitor, counts customers, accepts and issues cash. Next, she goes to put the potatoes in paper packages from the fryer. WITHOUT changing gloves, WITHOUT treating hands. He also SLAPS the potatoes on top so that they don't fall out of the paper.
Once again: in gloves, with which she counts the money, touches the screen, she touches the food.
A young man who collects an order in the same gloves, climbs into his pants pocket, after which, as if nothing had happened, he collects the order further.
Please comment on the situation, why don't employees change gloves if they work with both food and cash register? Do you understand what it means to "touch the money" and then "touch the food"?
I will not visit this institution anymore.

I've been disappointed lately in your fast food chain.Spoiled beer ( and it is very easy to understand that it is spoiled , just smell it and take one sip ) discouraged all desire to continue the meal . And considering that the employees were sorting things out in front of the visitors, it already says a lot. Honestly, I don't know how it's possible to ruin something that doesn't need to be cooked. But this speaks volumes , including about the respect of employees for their work and their irresponsibility . I wouldn't recommend this place.

When the eldest child gave a 10-ruble bill, the cashier guy said that there was no change and refused service. Fellow Administrators, if any, do you generally work with employees according to the rules of communication with clients? Do you think children will come to you after such a bummer? Not only do the food orders always fail, you have to go and come back with a check. So they also refuse to serve children, so they were given not 50, not 100 rubles, but only 10 rubles. Whose problems are these? Or maybe you should contact the control service of higher authorities???

Which is strange, because 4 people who ordered after me and more received earlier. Okay, I got their apologies at the checkout. Further, ice cream, a spoon, napkins were not reported, there were no tubes for three glasses. We put everything as a takeaway, even though I designed it "on the spot" in the menu.... While we were waiting, I watched how their cleaner worked: we sweep everything with a rag to the left on sofas and to the right on chairs. Then we wipe the chairs and sofas with the same greasy cloth. It is not surprising to get a stain if you are wearing light clothes. In general, a huge dislike for the megaservice! And so it seems delicious, but it turned out to be expensive, on the condition that they took a coupon.... The coupon number is 10475.

It is not clear that I want to eat ON the SPOT as a person. The workers can't count to 4, they gave 3 nuggets instead of 4. Sometimes they don't give you the whole package at all when you come home and open the package - they constantly don't report something. I'll write a complaint next time.
