I bought takeaway food at this place on 03/23/25. Knowing how they collect orders, I checked availability on the spot right away - and what to expect, the order was not fully collected. He asked me to check and give him my potatoes. In response, the young lady at the delivery desk silently, as if doing me a favor, gave me my French fries. Of course, there were no apologies, apparently this is a common thing for them. I do not recommend this establishment, if you are going, be sure to check the order without leaving the cash register, and do not wait for polite service.

Today, delivery arrived from this BC and it was just a natural horror. The Belovezhsky whopper has a disgusting taste, either because of the sauce or from the cutlet. Well, maybe it's a taste test ;) Your employees are stuffing old, burnt potatoes into the order, which is generally a complete out. They poured a normal, fresh one on top, and there are clumped, burnt stumps lying at the bottom of the bag, which also stink. It's a complete disgrace. Two stars for cheese medallions.
