I study next to my classmates and often go to this BC, I am glad that it is always clean, there have never been any questions to the staff, everyone is friendly, orders are given quickly, although in other restaurants of the chain it is often the other way around, in general, thank you, we will continue to run to you on breaks.

first, about burgers.. Burger king has the most unpalatable rolls (it's the rolls, not the contents), of all the popular fast food that I've eaten, maybe I taste like this, but no matter how many times I've tasted it, the whole taste is lost in the rolls.. regardless of the category. Also, the choice of drinks is not very good for me, and somehow it's not the same with me coming.. But on the contrary, there are no questions about potatoes, BC has the most delicious of the popular three.
Once I took a combo, and they gave me the wrong burger, I didn't understand right away, I rarely go to them and don't know the assortment well, I didn't swear, I just left leaving a bad review, the very next day a girl contacted me (I don't remember the administration or support), apologized, and offered compensation, in let's just say I didn't ask for anything at all, and I would have accepted less than what was offered, but I didn't refuse), at the moment it was the best feedback experience, so I definitely paid 5 for the service.

It's not bad for a quick snack. There are not enough places, but "takeaway" will help you. The staff is helpful, if you forgot to put any bag of spices, they will always give you another one. Nevertheless, for the cost of a snack for 2 children and myself, I will take a lot more goodies in the store.

I ordered food from the vending machine today. The machine did not issue a check, it was broken, as it turned out. At home, I decided to weigh the order on the kitchen scales. Two 10g hamburgers, that's nothing. But after paying for a large portion of French fries, it says that it should have been 126g, for a total of 93g, even less than a small one. But I paid like a big one))) Although I came up and asked when I was still in the institution, they say it looks like such a large portion? and I was told that yes. In general, it is ugly and not pleasant. - 10

The food was fine and delicious, but the staff didn't do their job well, they didn't even look at us at the checkout, and when the employee came out to clean the floor, he just put up a sign and left, the floor remained dirty, as well as the tables. I was struck when I entered the trash can is full, I ordered the cash registers out of 4, only 2 are working, I went to wash my hands, the sink is leaking into the toilet, it stinks very much, just like in other establishments.
Sauces and burger wrappers are strewn under the tables. I looked in other trash cans, too, overflowing.but there is a special offer on Sundays for a burger or 6 nuggets. Therefore, 3 stars

I ordered food with home delivery in the app. I've been waiting for an HOUR AND A HALF! The KC said that they were bringing food from this restaurant and the order was still being prepared! I understand everything, it's Friday night, the weather is bad, but to have such a waiting time… This is too much!
P.S. the food was delivered (waiting time is 1 hour and 47 minutes) the food is delicious, warm, no questions asked.
I ask you to deal with the negligence and disorganization of the staff of this restaurant. Because it's not the first time some flaws have happened. Sometimes not the whole order will be delivered, then the waiting time is long.

No, no, and NO again. I ordered a double Bialowieza whopper. For that price, I expected something delicious... The meat is disgusting, it spoiled the whole impression. Farther. The potatoes are cold, it's like they've been lying all day and they gave it to me. I took another cheeseburger, I thought at least I would enjoy its taste, but no. It's dry and not tasty. Milk Shake took a chocolate one, I could feel the powder on my tongue with which it was made, it felt so-so. The only thing that didn't mess up is the sauce)) I don't know how it works, there seems to be only one Burger King franchise, but for example, they always cook delicious food at the same train station and sometimes I want to have a snack there. I strongly advise against this place, 0/10

I recently visited Burger King in Minsk, and I was very pleased with my experience. The menu was very varied, and I found many dishes that I really liked.
I ordered one of their burgers and I was amazed by the freshness of the ingredients and the taste. The burger was very juicy, and the combination of meat, vegetables and sauce was just perfect.
In addition, the service was very fast and friendly. The Burger King staff were very professional and willing to help me with any questions I had.

Cons of this restaurant: I indicated latte in the order - they knocked out bonaqua, I found out when I picked up the order, to my question: was the girl mistaken? - she looked at me as if she wanted to kill me and with such a displeased face said that this was exactly what I ordered. The trash cans were overflowing to the brim, the tables were not cleaned, the toilets were filthy (in particular the men's, just terrible!)

It is very dirty and not vague. The workers are like sleepy flies, barely cooking. But they go to drink all the time with a check from a vending machine, the first time they look like that at all. The food was not cooked for a long time, there was no queue, but the food was already cold. The bun is soaked. Where these cold burgers came from is a mystery.

I often visit this institution, everything suits me, I have never had any problems, I rarely meet crowds of people, everything was always OK with orders, but there is one problem - this is a person who walks and begs almost every day, I want to sit quietly and eat alone or with friends, without strangers, this the person looks quite normal and obviously he can earn money himself, it would be nice if the administration dealt with this 😇

Me, my sister and her friend ordered mango punch, and we started trying it...it's just water with paint and mango flavor, it wasn't even sweet, just hot water with flavor. But the drink stood, cooled down a little and became pleasant, with a sourness, but only for my sister and her friend, and nothing has changed for me. The French fries here are always savory, well salted, as I like 🙃
There is no soap in the women's toilet.
By the way, girls, clean up after yourself. It's just trash, you come in to wash your hands and it stinks.

I ordered a double whopper and XL fries, cooked in half a minute maximum, only managed to put things in, it's ready. The sellers are nice. The whopper is almost like in the picture. For an establishment on the main avenue, it looks neglected. There is no soap in the toilet, the furniture is stripped, the beverage dispenser has its own life. But the cherry on the cake was when Chicken tar-tar was brought, in which instead of chicken some kind of biomass in breading, the burger itself was cold as from the refrigerator, the cheese did not try to melt. After the outrage, it was replaced, but there is no desire to come here anymore.
