Not only did I wait 15 minutes for the order (for Burger King it is a very long time), so there is no one else at the checkout, the order is simply put on the table and they do not voice it and despite the screen, it is not clear whether it is my order or not! When you contact employees, they don't respond the first time, it feels like they don't care. I ordered a double grand cheese with a slice of bacon. When I took the order and unwrapped the Cheese, there was no bacon. I returned to the counter and showed it to the Employee, she said that it would be redone in a minute and when she brought me a "new cheese" and with her nose proudly raised said that the previous cheese had bacon under cheese! Question: why didn't you tell me right away?
