I understand perfectly well that from this institution (in this case, a food court), you do not need to wait for good service, but still, people with CHILDREN come here and pay money. So why do they sell half-dead burgers in burgers (I ordered a burger and there the cutlet is dry and hard around the edges and it is clear that it was cooked yesterday)
Not only did I wait 15 minutes for the order (for Burger King it is a very long time), so there is no one else at the checkout, the order is simply put on the table and they do not voice it and despite the screen, it is not clear whether it is my order or not! When you contact employees, they don't respond the first time, it feels like they don't care. I ordered a double grand cheese with a slice of bacon. When I took the order and unwrapped the Cheese, there was no bacon. I returned to the counter and showed it to the Employee, she said that it would be redone in a minute and when she brought me a "new cheese" and with her nose proudly raised said that the previous cheese had bacon under cheese! Question: why didn't you tell me right away? Apparently, the cooks suggested it.But the most interesting thing was when I asked an employee, including the Manager, for the output of a slice of bacon, they told me that they didn't have to know😂 And what do your employees even know? To put it mildly, I was stunned
After that, I was sent to the consumer's corner, where, Thank God, there is information
Disgusting service and burgers, I hope I won't feel bad, I couldn't even finish it
Bottom line: You've lost at least one customer (if that's important to you)
And I will say right away that with this approach to your work, you will lose even more customers.

It's a great place, I haven't seen long queues there before. A maximum of 2-4 people were always suitable. The tables are placed as conveniently as possible, especially with people's views do not overlap. You can sit freely for 3-4 hours, no one will kick you out.

What can you say about this place!?) a favorite place for teenagers, including my daughter... I don't eat this kind of food myself))). It's not bad for the money, (but fast food is fast food!!!!!. I never give a penny in change))))). They will have to)
