It's not often that I go to this particular Burger king, but the last two times that I've been, I've had my order ruined twice.
For the first time (the order was placed through a vending machine) I indicated a burger without onions. But as a result, the onion was there. And not a small piece that flew in by accident, but a hefty thick ring of fresh onions!
It's a mess, not the worst thing, it can be successfully obtained (but not everyone prefers to climb into their burger with such manipulations). As a result, the impression dropped.
For the second time (the order has already been placed through the cashier and it was accepted by a person) I ordered a novelty, it's a Bialowieza burger. I ordered a double one (with two cutlets).
The first thing that confused me was the price is slightly higher than in the vending machine, but it turned out that this is an additional sauce. They didn't put onions this time, everything is fine. But, after a while, when I was eating a burger (it tastes good), I noticed that there was only one cutlet. I took the receipt, checked the order, it clearly said double. I specially went to the vending machine to look at the picture and there really should be 2 cutlets! Since the burger was already 70% eaten, I did not go to sort things out with the staff.
The impression was spoiled and the appearance of the burger is not the same as stated (for example, juicy pieces of bacon on the picture, but in fact there is a slice of ordinary ham, which is not even close to bacon!)
The human factor has not been canceled by anyone, but these guys are a joint!

Cleanliness seems to be monitored, at least the cleanliness of the hall and toilet pleases, the resulting burger was also delicious and satisfying, the potatoes were fresh and without salt, as we asked! Everything was well packed and delivered on time. But... Cashier... As soon as they came up, some kind of burger was offered, I don't remember what it was, they said it was a novelty, but I didn't ask for it, especially for 13 rubles they wouldn't take it, this is a minus, plus the cashier was so polite that sometimes I felt sick, personally I don't like it I just wanted him to say yes/ no and see you, constant recommendations of sauces, additives and everything else, there was an attitude that we were on the Skidel market. In general, the restaurant is very good, I take away the point for the cashier...

The cafe is not very fast food, sometimes you have to wait a very long time for an order if there is a large influx, but it is delicious and satisfying. And milkshakes are just a fairy tale, so thick that it's problematic to drink through a straw)

Let's start right away with the huge disadvantages that I hope will be fixed in the future. In one of the screens for orders, the terminal does not work, because of which I had to type the order three times. After that, we tried to find a clean place, as most of the tables look stained with something viscous and unpleasant. Further, the staff was very upset because of which it took a very long time to wait for the order, although it was one of the first and was not very large, although the scoreboard showed that it was ready, but the girl at the checkout said several times that she would wait a couple more minutes, while subsequent orders were already quietly issued. The toilets were also dirty. There were no antiseptics available either, although there were devices for them. Of the advantages, for which, in fact, the institution received two stars: ice cream, potatoes and burgers were delicious

Conveniently located in the Korona shopping center.The queues are not large.The offered assortment is standard, dishes are like everywhere else.There is a King drive, which is a big plus.It is convenient that there is a children's maze module in the restaurant hall, but it is very often closed for incomprehensible "technical" reasons....I noticed that he is often "covered" by Burger King employees on the eve of all kinds of holidays and weekends, when there are many visitors in the Korona shopping center itself.Maybe they do it on purpose?Or maybe it's just a coincidence...

Secondly, the bank card payment terminal in one of the self-ordering displays did not work. Thirdly, the food was not bad, but the milkshake did not have a chocolate taste, although the color matched.

Dirty tables

here is the worst toilet in the city. There is always a dirty toilet, a pile of garbage on the floor, a trash can in the most inconvenient place, toilet paper is rarely used. As we wrote earlier, everyone goes here. The smell is just awful. Let them do the same as in Minsk – pass to the toilet according to the code in the receipt, so it will get a little better. And clean the trash cans more often, they are always up to the top. And it's better to go to the paid toilet at the bus station, although you won't sit there, but it's always clean and it doesn't stink.

One toilet (female) is closed - you need to take the keys from the workers To-To! The second toilet (male) is simply closed, even without a sign! A catering establishment, how can this be??? Both toilets in the institution are closed, so you need to learn how to pee in your underpants and wash your hands with saliva. The table was dirty, after transplanting to another (slightly cleaner), I started eating Potatoes that had gone wild, like the meat in the x2 whopper, even crunched at the edges, I had to get a tomato, because it was not clear whether it was fried or dried. Lipton tea flew perfectly, but was forced to pay 1p in the toilet at the bus station. An extreme degree of disrespect for the client. The best BC was in 2015 at Kamenka.
