One of the best fast food chains we have left today. The establishment itself is quite normal. I've been here many times - they cook food very quickly, I like it. The staff is adequate and helpful. If there are any problems with the order, they look into it and sort it out. If something is wrong, they return the money without any problems. The food is delicious. Maybe not the healthiest, but it's delicious) The only thing I don't really like is the equipment and the visitors. The beverage dispensers are already somewhat worn out. There are often teenagers in the establishment who buy a cup for the crowd and sit there for half a day. But, as I understand it, the administration is powerless here.

Food is like food, except for the fact that instead of cutlets, nuggets are stuffed into chickenburgers.
Now the cons:
The tables and the floor are dirty.
A lot of places are occupied by a group of noisy teenagers who order little or nothing and run up to get drinks with their glasses at the moment when someone else is picking them up. They behave inappropriately and very loudly, swearing, yelling and running around the hall. Because of this, it is impossible to sit, relax and eat there, and even more so with children.
For some reason, the administration does not take measures.

The service in this "establishment" is simply disgusting. I ordered two small burgers in advance, via the app, to pick them up on the way. It's clear that there are fewer employees working in the evening, but making hamburgers and chickenburgers in 20 minutes is something new... (the order was made in 15 minutes, plus I waited inside for about 10 minutes)
But the funniest thing is a young employee chatting merrily with her school friends right behind the counter while the burgers are lying unopened. I ask the management to train their employees in the service.

This is not the first time I have ordered at this point and they constantly do not report for pickup. If it had happened once or twice, it would have been fine, but it just happens all the time, so I couldn't stand it anymore and I give it 1 star. Next time, I'll take the complaint book if that happens. If I lived near this point, I might come over to get the missing burgers, but it takes 40 minutes to get a burger, no thanks.

the types from the reviews make me laugh. Complaining about THE TASTE IN BURGER KING AHAAHAHAHA. This is the lowest place among all fast food restaurants, a purely deserted field for scavengers. Walking around here, drinking water diluted with cola is the lot of schoolchildren in scorched 90 airmaks, just shameful. I can't imagine sacrificing my stomach and taste buds in this jackal hole. A meal has long been considered a kind of holy event, and stuffing your belly with these giblets is simply blasphemy, sin, lawlessness, degradation and self-destruction. The service is terrible. We ordered delivery today. The courier did a good job, he brought everything quickly, there are no complaints about him. We didn't order anything complicated: French fries, nuggets and sauces. The nuggets were well cooked, the sauces were put right, but 600 g of potatoes were just raw and sluggish. It was as if they put it in a deep fryer and immediately took it out after a couple of seconds, then the potatoes lay for another 10 minutes, cooled down, after that they warmed it up and gave it to them. You are making food delivery to people, think about the quality of the dishes, as you are losing customers. You absolutely do not want to pay money anymore. When ordering food, customers hope that they will eat deliciously and pleasantly, and not make this order raw for them to have indigestion.
Do not order delivery from here - you will save your health, nerves and money, and you will have a delicious meal elsewhere.

I often take it out there. All these stories about dirty burger King are fairy tales. Specifically, this is where even couples come on dates . The service is only lame , they often have everything in a hurry and the set does not work out . Their mood is also lame . very often you can find dissatisfied people answering your question or submitting an order. But it 's not worth lowering the star . A couple of seconds of communication or you have food on your hands . The restaurant is clean, that's enough for five stars.
