The place itself is quite cozy and pleasant to visit. The cashiers and the entire staff are friendly and welcoming. I have no complaints about food, everything is very tasty and I don't have to wait long. There's a slight problem with the drinks, they seem to be heavily diluted, but overall it doesn't affect the taste much.. I often choose this place!

Everything is delicious from burgers. There are many self-service ticket offices. The queue is relatively small. There is a summer porch. In general, everything is fine. But there are also disadvantages.
1. Unlimited drinks, but if you automatically threw out the check, you won't drink at all. And the staff will refuse to help. And it will turn out only after buying another unlimited. Every new time you fill a glass, you will need a receipt. In order to scan it. Although the quality of the drinks is not the best. It feels like they are being diluted. And I think I'm not the only one with this feeling.
2. The toilet is the same story. Without a receipt and password (as in the Pentagon), you will run into the nearest bushes. Well, or to a paid one, which is in the subway.
3. A bunch of youngsters who run, yell, sit on many tables taking up space and play games on the phone. (Especially in the evenings.) During the day, of course, they are not available on weekdays.

the drinks are very diluted with water, 3 points for the potatoes are clean, they are really delicious in this bc. on the downside: drinks, waiting for orders. I often order through the website and when the waiting time is 10-15 minutes, I still have to wait 10 minutes on the spot (well, to be honest. Since ancient times, this network of fast stomach refills has been famous for its hospitality. Delicious food, unlimited drinks and affordable restrooms have always pampered local residents. And either time mercilessly takes the owners by the throat, forcing them to do their best to keep their business afloat in the stream of competitors, or hungry capitalists got to the control panel, but since my last visit, all this has sunk into oblivion. If everything is clear with food - its taste can change from the professional skills of the cook, the quality of the ingredients and changes in the tastes of the inhabitants themselves, if you can still understand why drinks began to be given out using QR codes valid for 45 minutes (it really was an attraction of unheard-of generosity), then closing the toilet doors with a combination lock radically changed my the perception of BK as a truly popular place. Previously, any suffering adventurer could pour out his pain and suffering into the local faience throne. Sometimes it even led to the emergence of new, interesting acquaintances. Now BC has become a place where an atmosphere of greed and corporate imperialism reigns. Such a radical change in the restaurant's policy touches the altruistic strings of my soul and from now on this restaurant chain ceases to occupy the first place in the list of my favorite establishments. I sincerely hope that these changes were caused by difficult times and that BC will soon return to its old policy.

I decided to go to them, as usual, the order was not fast. I ordered at 23:30, as a result, the orders were given somewhere at 00:03. Just a month ago, I decided to order food there. As a result, the wait was MORE THAN 1 HOUR. I ordered from a kiosk that didn't give me a receipt… Naturally, I couldn't get a drink when I asked for help with this. I waited another 10 minutes for the manager to reach me.

All children love fast food, so my children and I sometimes look into this place. On Sunday (01/28/2024), I ordered only a milkshake through the app. It was possible to pick it up in 15 minutes, after I waited about 20 minutes, I was extremely outraged about the time spent only on the readiness of one cocktail, given that there were very few orders. After that, I turned to the girl issuing orders with the question how long should I wait for the order, I received an answer that something happened to the machine, I can come up either in 10 minutes or they can refund the money to the card (and it was impossible to notify the client about this? Was it also impossible to make a note in the application? And if I had waited any longer? This is my wasted time). Accordingly, after spending 20 minutes waiting for your order, the desire to buy anything in this institution disappeared. The money has not been returned so far. I think in order not to lose customers, it was possible to make some kind of compliment or apologize, respectively, I did not hear any of this. The desire to return there has disappeared forever.
