This place doesn't deserve a single star. I went to the checkout to place an order, for some reason, the girl told me in a commanding and boorish tone that I SHOULD sit at the table so that my order would be accepted. I wasn't going to sit there, it was very cold inside. I asked her to take the order, and the girl rolled her eyes with a sigh. Next, I paid for the order and asked about the waiting time, because I had to go on business. I was told 12-15 minutes. When I returned, he wasn't ready yet, and for some reason no one could tell when he would be ready or what to do with my order. In general, I waited 30 minutes for a burger and fries. Then they brought me everything cold. I asked for a package and a bag to pack with me. The waiter said that they would pack and began to take everything back. Realizing how negligent the "workers" were, I once again asked him to bring me the packaging so that I could pack and pick it up myself. The waiter was clearly not himself, he tried to snatch the plate from my hands several times! I repeated to him several times that I wanted to pack the food myself, that I had waited too long as it was. It was a nightmare!!!!! Then he brought me a cellophane bag, JUST a bag. I'm asking if you don't pack it in paper or if I should throw the burger without wrapping it in a bag. He started snatching the burger plate away from me again!! It felt like I was in some kind of madhouse! I tell him for the hundredth time, bring me some wrapping paper, I'll pack IT MYSELF. In general, I waited for a burger with fries for 30 minutes, and they didn't want to bring me wrapping paper for about the same amount. Regarding the order itself, it seemed that the potatoes were brought half-eaten from someone else's table, there wasn't even half in the package, about 1/3 plus cold, it was disgusting. I ask the management of this institution to take action against the staff! There is no service or customer orientation at all. ps. If you include the "service" column in the receipt, then please provide this service!
