If there is something more beautiful than a Sail (Burj Al Arab), then personally I have not only not seen it, but I have not heard about it. I got into the hotel almost by accident. It was delivered there by an ordinary taxi and initially the lobby seemed even more modest than in Turkish and Egyptian luxury hotels. I had to sit with my child for several hours at the reception waiting for a room, but then, expressing indignation, we got a room 2 orders of magnitude better than we had booked and plus a free dinner at the pool restaurant. Then the miracles began - the unique arrangement of the rooms in the form of "honeycombs" - resembles the structure in the temple, where the holy fire descends in Jerusalem, stunning mosaics on the floor and gold, gold, gold reflected in a multitude of mirrors. Helpful staff, friendly guests and the feeling that there are only 10-12 people in the hotel. The rooms are split-level, with royal cozy beds, mirrored ceilings, Jacuzzi, Erme cosmetics, dyson hair dryer (with gilding) magnificent linen and panoramic windows with views of the emerald Persian Gulf and the white beach. The first floor has a marble bar counter, sofas, an open space of a living room with a flow height of 2 levels and glass walls behind the counter, then a dining room with a huge round table of lacquered valuable wood, from it an entrance to a billiard room, bathroom, kitchen. A white marble staircase with a soft blue carpet will lead up from the front door, then an open office with a huge desk, an apple laptop, an entrance to a huge bedroom with a hidden TV, an entrance to a room with two wardrobes, a dressing table, from it an entrance to a huge bathroom with a Jacuzzi, a shower room (!), double sinks. Everywhere there are beautiful mosaics, marble, gilding. Instantly solving any questions butler, "smart" room controlled by remote control, "compliment" from the hotel with caviar with gold, mini snacks, fruit, expensive water. Breakfast is wonderful - lots of berries, fruits, unreal pastries and any wishes. Live music- harp. A free unlimited water park, its own snow-white beach, evening entertainment, unique restaurants - there are not enough words to describe all those fabulous emotions that Burj al Arab gave. That very small amount that we paid for a night at the hotel is justified by every penny. I absolutely do not feel sorry for the huge (for me) money - this is the best and most amazing memory in my life.

Exceeded all expectations...I didn't expect it to be so cool...A two-storey room is something..Constant communication with employees on wats ap. The hotel pampers guests with endless gifts. Snacks from the chef, a cake and a bouquet with a musical greeting on DR.
The restaurants are super. Only the breakfast surprised a little with its scarcity, but they did not stay hungry.

It's not about a long stay in a hotel, but about those wonderful moments when you want to give your loved ones, for example, a birthday, a piece of aesthetics, surprise, joy and something special.
You can come to this hotel for breakfast, lunch, dinner, which we did with my husband on his DR. Well, everyone's experience is different and an inexperienced consciousness will probably be amazed. We already have experience, so we looked, appreciated and went to the restaurant on the second floor opposite the panoramic window. The indifference of the staff, very tasteless food, no small compliment about DR and minus 11000₽. There was no limit to disappointment, because this contradiction did not fit into my head: the only 7* hotel in the world and such quality. Even if it is an independent organization in the structure of the main one, it still does not form a complete picture.
The letter was written to them, of course, there was no response. Conclusion: not everything is about gold that glitters
